- Managing a pipeline of projects.
- Managing timelines, risks and business expectations of the customer.
- Ensuring efficiency of delivery processes, including project optimization and profitability management.
- Planning, control and allocation of project budgets.
- Close communication with internal/external project stakeholders.
- Forecasting the project's growth and decline.
- Constant monitoring and improvement of team performance metrics.
- Performing RFP analysis.
- Preparing an evaluation of the proposed solution.
- Preparing a commercial proposal for the client (including presentation).
- Team building and managing project timelines.
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising supervised projects.
- Communicating regularly with customers on business development, strategies and objectives.
- Maintaining reports and necessary documentation for customers.
- Experience of IT project management for 2+ years (planning, scheduling, project communication, problem solving, change and risk management).
- Experience as a Delivery Manager for 1+ years.
- Solid understanding of project management including various methodologies and tools.
- Experience of managing projects under various Agile contracts and Fix Price.
- Good technical experience (previous work as a QA, Developer, etc.).
- Experience in different domains (fintech or healthcare).
- Practical knowledge of Agile, software product development life cycle model (SDLC).
- Excellent planning skills and ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques, experience in requirements management.
- Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
- Level of German – Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Experience with SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce.

- Контроль и обеспечение соблюдения сроков выполнения проектов.
- Согласование ТЗ с Заказчиками.
- Координация работы в рамках реализации проектов.
- Закрытие проектов (по документам и удовлетворенности заказчиков).
- Ведение документооборота проектов (протоколы, акты, доп. соглашения и т.п.).
- Организация/координация/проведение рабочих встреч/совещаний/переговоров представителей заказчика и своих сотрудников.
- Планирование ресурсов на проект и координация работ по его выполнению.
ЧТО МЫ ЖДЕМ ОТ СОИСКАТЕЛЯ:
- Опыт работы на проектах внедрения тиражируемых информационных систем или заказной разработки не менее 2-х лет.
- Опыт ведения проектов длительностью более 6 месяцев.
- Опыт одновременного ведения нескольких проектов.
- Желательно иметь опыт работы с MS Project в объемах ресурсного и временного планирования.
- Высшее образование в области информационных технологий, математики или физики, технических наук.
- Технический бэкграунд – приветствуется опыт работы системным аналитиком или разработчиком.

- He or she will dually report to Almaty office and head office. The project manager should have:
University degree with at least 3-6 years of solid experience in event management, corporate marketing, or business development - preferably within an established company or institution
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organisational skills
Proactive, independent, responsible, and highly detail oriented
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent command of at least one language in Central Asia, plus English and/or Chinese
Good knowledge of Central Asia market and China.
