- He or she will dually report to Almaty office and head office. The project manager should have:
University degree with at least 3-6 years of solid experience in event management, corporate marketing, or business development - preferably within an established company or institution
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organisational skills
Proactive, independent, responsible, and highly detail oriented
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent command of at least one language in Central Asia, plus English and/or Chinese
Good knowledge of Central Asia market and China.

We’re now looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Project Management team and ensure the success of complex initiatives that affect all aspects of the JetBrains Platform. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of product, infrastructure, and engineering domains, closely collaborating with highly experienced teams on platform features and improvements that support JetBrains products.

In this role, you will:

• Drive and coordinate initiatives for the JetBrains Platform.
• Align multiple teams and stakeholders around shared goals and timelines.
• Support planning and execution, helping teams move from ideas to delivery.
• Track progress and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Help improve delivery and collaboration practices.

• Experience working as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in product- or platform-focused teams.
• Ability to drive several parallel initiatives in a fast paced environment, coordinating cross-functional efforts across multiple teams. .
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with various types of stakeholders.
• Structured thinking, a strong focus on outcomes, and a "get it done" mindset.
• Comfort working with complex technical systems.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
