Наша команда создает новую CRM с искусственным интеллектом для клиентских менеджеров. Мы в поиске стажера желающего развиваться в построении AI-агентов

• создание прототипов агентов по бизнес требованиям в low code среде Langflow, в том числе с использованием тулов и RAG при необходимости для автотмазиции ручных процессов обработки обращений пользователей

• составление\тюнинг промптов

• написание и поддержка требований и алгоритма работы агентов по бизнес требованиям

• проработка интеграций, заведение CR на смежные команды

• координация решения обращений со смежными командами, автоматизация данного процесса.

• написание и ведение сопроводительной документации

• заведение задач на разработку и тестирование

• понимание принципов работы с генеративным ИИ и сопутствующими технологиями. Промпт-инжинеринг, RAG, MCP, вызов тулов и пр.

• опыт работы с XML\JSON

• понимание основных принципов и способов интеграции приложений (REST, очереди сообщений)

• понимание методологий разработки ПО (например, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

• умение эффективно общаться с командой разработчиков, бизнес-пользователями и другими заинтересованными сторонами

• умение использовать UML для моделирования систем

About the role

Join Bolt as a Senior Integration / Automation Engineer to build the integrations and event flows that connect our People Technology ecosystem. You'll work across HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems, with a strong focus on major platform migrations and reliable data movement between systems. Your work will create the dependable integration foundation that keeps People processes running and enables AI agents to safely act across our technology stack.

In this role, you will own integrations in your area from design and delivery through production operations. You'll play a key role as we replace our core HRIS and introduce new performance and goals tools, building for parallel operation, reconciliation, and safe cutovers without disrupting downstream consumers. You'll also partner closely with AI Engineers to provide reliable interfaces for agentic systems, with clear guarantees around validation, idempotency, failure handling, and auditability.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and operating reliable integrations across the People stack using event-driven, webhook, batch, and API-based patterns.

• Leading integration work for platform migrations, including parallel running, data migration, reconciliation, and safe cutovers.

• Ensuring people data integrity through correct data modelling, idempotent operations, safe retries, and automated reconciliation.

• Owning production reliability through monitoring, alerting, observability, incident investigation, and continuous improvement.

• Building secure, well-documented interfaces for People systems and AI agents, with strong access controls, validation, and auditability.

• Raising engineering standards through documentation, code and design reviews, reusable patterns, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

About you:

• You have substantial experience building production integrations with third-party SaaS APIs.

• You understand event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, eventual consistency, idempotency, and fault-tolerant system design.

• You have practical experience with authentication and provisioning standards such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, and SCIM.

• You have delivered production system migrations involving cutovers, parallel running, reconciliation, and backfills.

• You're comfortable with workflow automation tools, SQL, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code, and know when to automate versus build a service.

• You communicate technical trade-offs clearly, mentor other engineers, work effectively with vendors and stakeholders, and handle sensitive personal data with care.

About the role

Join Bolt as a Senior AI/Agent Engineer to build production AI agents that take real action across our People systems. This is a newly formed team, so you'll be setting the patterns rather than inheriting them. You'll transform complex processes spanning HRIS, ATS, performance, payroll, goals, learning, and data systems into safe, scalable, and reliable workflows. Your work will reduce manual effort and make critical People processes faster, more reliable, and easier to scale.

As the Senior Engineer on the agentic side of the team, you'll own systems end to end — from solution design through evaluation, reliability, and production operation — and set the patterns the rest of the team builds on. You'll work closely with Integration and Analytics Engineers to define the tool contracts and data requirements your agents depend on, while mentoring engineers and contributing strong engineering patterns. As these systems handle sensitive employee data and employment-related processes, you'll apply a particularly high bar for correctness, auditability, safety, and human oversight.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Owning the full lifecycle of production AI agents and LLM-powered automation — from requirements and solution design through implementation, automated testing and evaluations, release, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

• Designing agents that safely take action across People systems, including tool contracts, input validation, scoped permissions, idempotency, retries, rollback strategies, and appropriate human-in-the-loop approval gates.

• Building reliable agentic workflows, multi-step LLM pipelines, and retrieval solutions using event-driven architecture and the orchestration patterns and integration standards adopted by the team.

• Establishing evaluation, observability, and safety practices for your agents, including regression suites, production monitoring, audit trails, cost controls, data minimisation, and safeguards against hallucination or unsafe actions.

• Partnering with People stakeholders, Integration Engineers, and Analytics Engineers to define requirements, protect data integrity, and determine when AI, deterministic automation, integration improvements, or process changes are the right solution.

• Raising the engineering bar through high-quality documentation and code reviews, mentoring engineers, contributing to agentic AI standards and knowledge sharing, and participating in technical hiring.

About you:

• You have strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience working in service-oriented production codebases and building scalable, fault-tolerant systems.

• You have hands-on experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered features to production, including agents that take actions across systems using tool/function calling, permission scoping, and safe handling of side effects.

• You're experienced with LLM and agent evaluation, observability, and reliability, and understand how to turn non-deterministic model behaviour into dependable production systems.

• You understand event-driven and asynchronous architectures, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and retrieval approaches such as embeddings, vector stores, retrieval strategies, and re-ranking.

• You have strong technical judgement — including knowing when AI is not the right solution — and can clearly explain model, agent, and architecture trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• You care deeply about engineering quality and responsible handling of sensitive personal data, and you're comfortable mentoring other engineers while designing systems with appropriate security, auditability, transparency, and human oversight.
