Python разработчик (Middle+)

Playrix is a global team of 1,500+ employees across 42 countries. To ensure smooth and efficient operations, we’ve built an internal ecosystem of 10+ services, including a multifunctional employee portal, digital accounting system, HR analytics platform, merchandise store, and even our own streaming service.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to optimize existing solutions and implement several new ones. This role offers the opportunity to work with both in-house developed tools and top market solutions. You’ll be actively involved in architectural decisions and have the ability to influence both the technical and product development of our internal systems.

1. Automation around company-wide tools. Asana, Slack, Jira, Git and others come with a large layer of in-house extensions and integrations that make everyday work better. You'll develop and maintain these, and help consolidate them into one coherent system rather than a pile of scripts.

2. Our own in-house products. Internal systems such as the employee portal and payroll/compensation tooling, plus newer products like our candidate hiring portal — for example, video transcription pipelines and candidate scoring. You'll evolve and support these end to end.

Split is roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend — many of the tools have no UI at all, and most of the heavy logic lives on the backend.

•
Hands-on React development experience and understanding of the modern frontend stack

AI: Claude, KimiK3, and Codex with configured repository rules, a growing catalog of specialized skills, and agentic modes for specific tasks. MCP integrations with internal infrastructure (GitHub, Asana, Amplitude, etc.). Agentic workflows cover the entire cycle—from generating game elements and automated tests to automatically creating and reviewing PRs

•

The opportunity for continuous development in a team of 500+ professional engineers: we have a huge knowledge base and a mentoring system that allows you to adapt quickly.

•

Ability to move between areas and not only within development (Project Management, marketing, etc.).

•

Tasks that require you to make safe and effective architectural decisions as well as opportunities to apply interesting programming approaches.

•

An emphasis on developing each specialist's product ideas Time to play the games that you're developing, so you can envision how this or that feature will work for the user.

•

The ability to switch out processes and approaches for more efficient ones without lengthy approvals or bureaucracy.

• Build and evolve our Internal Developer Platform, helping engineering teams move from merge request to production faster and more reliably.
• Own and develop our monorepo, keeping applications, shared libraries, and infrastructure coherent as the codebase and engineering organization grow.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, including incremental builds, automated deployments, and tooling that makes shipping software simpler and faster.
• Automate the creation and setup of new services, including infrastructure, Helm charts, alerts, dashboards, and deployment pipelines.
• Build internal tools and automations that improve developer experience and engineering productivity across product teams.
• Treat engineers as your users: identify what slows them down, gather requirements, and turn those problems into scalable platform solutions.
• Measure and improve build times, deployment duration, performance, and reliability, fixing root causes rather than symptoms.
• Codify engineering conventions through linting, type checks, CI gates, and automation instead of relying on manual processes.
• Work hands-on across application code and infrastructure, using technologies such as Python, Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Postgres, Kafka, and Grafana.
• Work closely with SRE, QA, and product engineering teams on reliability, observability, performance, and quality.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions and evaluate trade-offs around scalability, maintainability, developer experience, and delivery speed.

• 5+ years of engineering experience. Python preferred; real depth in Java, C#, Kotlin or Go is a heavy plus. Ideally, you are comfortable with Python alongside at least one other backend language.
• Understanding and production experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, AWS and CI systems.
• Deep understanding of product development — how teams plan, ship, maintain, and troubleshoot features.
• A track record of building tooling and pipelines other engineers rely on, and real care for developer experience.
• Performance work grounded in measurement — metrics, traces and query plans rather than intuition.
• Architectural judgement in trade-offs rather than rules, avoiding both early overengineering and painted-in corners.
• Comfort in a large shared repository, and clarity about its trade-offs.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy — clarify ambiguous requirements, identify what needs to be done, propose solutions, and take ownership through implementation rather than relying on detailed task specifications.
• Agile ways of working, and real investment in team processes, mentoring, and collective growth.
• A strong learning and team mindset: curiosity, willingness to grow beyond your current area of expertise, and readiness to contribute where it creates the most value for the team.
• Fluent Russian, and English at B2 level or above.

• A supportive and proactive work environment.
• Competitive compensation: 5000-7000 USD Gross per month
• Fully remote and full-time collaboration.
• Modern digital tools for seamless collaboration.
• Tangible results measured by student success.
