People and Culture Business Partner – Org Design & Scale

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led fintech in Dublin City to find their first-ever Head of People. Full ownership of the People agenda, a blank page, and a business that's just starting to build out its function properly.

You'd report straight into the Founder from day one, building the function end to end (organisation design, talent, performance, the works), at the pace you'd expect from a fintech growing this fast.

My client needs someone with real HR experience from a fast-moving tech, fintech or payments business - someone who's partnered directly with senior leadership and knows how to operate without a big team behind them. Strong organisation design and change experience is key, along with good judgement on talent, hiring and performance, and the ability to coach senior leaders through complex or sensitive situations.

Based onsite five days a week, in Dublin 2.

120,000 - 140,000 plus bens
