• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identifying gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guiding them toward best practices.
• Coaching the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles.
• Promoting and maintaining a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus.
• Supporting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable the team’s success.
• Encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team.

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role for 2+ years.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles.
• Experience in team development and coaching practices.
• Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master for a project building a next-generation digital platform and supporting agile delivery of scalable technology solutions.

The customer is an international software company that develops specialized business solutions for organizations operating in a highly regulated industry. Its products help streamline complex processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support secure data management. The company continues to invest in modern technologies, automation, and cloud-based solutions to drive innovation and business growth.

The project is focused on building a next-generation platform for real estate transaction and settlement services. It is a long-term modernization initiative leveraging cloud-native technologies, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted development tools to deliver scalable and innovative digital solutions.

• Managing teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Focusing on agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
• Effectively mediating conflict and helping unblock team members.
• Helping the team prioritize their work so that each sprint is a success and sprint goals are accomplished.
• Working with Azure DevOps Boards / processes and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
• Working with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed members.

• Experience managing teams in an Agile or Scrum framework for 3+ years.
• Strong focus on Agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
• Proven ability to mediate conflicts and foster collaboration within Agile teams.
• Experience identifying, escalating, and removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ability to guide teams in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to maximize delivery outcomes.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, processes, and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
• Experience with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed team members.
• Scrum Alliance (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or project management certifications.

Мы ищем Скрам-мастера на одну из ключевых систем Банка, обслуживающая процессы инвестиционного бизнеса. Предстоит выполнять ключевую роль в решении амбициозных задач по удовлетворению текущих потребностей бизнеса, миграции на отечественные системные компоненты, формированию стратегического видения и планов по дальнейшему развитию.

Обязанности:​​​​​​

• Координирование работы команды разработки, планирование и отслеживание сроков реализации задач;
• Управление и оптимизация релизного цикла продуктов;
• Повышение качества декомпозиции, оценивания, планирования задач;
• Фасилитация Scrum-событий / встреч, повышение качества встреч;
• Развитие командной работы: взаимопомощи внутри команды для достижения цели спринта.
• Определение рисков для достижения цели спринта;
• Формирование в команде инженерных практик, направленных на повышение точности оценок и качества результата;
• Развитие самоорганизации в команде;
• Организация системного сбора обратной связи от членов команды;
• Проведение тренингов и обучения в команде;
• Помощь команде в достижении заданных показателей эффективности;

Требования:

• Глубокое понимание Agile и опыт работы в agile-командах;
• Практический опыт внедрения scrum;
• Развитые навыки фасилитации событий и коучинга, разрешения конфликтов;
• Понимание и умение применять на практике методы оценки и приоритизации бэклога и декомпозиции его элементов;
• Опыт менторства членов команды для индивидуального развития, выстраивания рабочих отношений, ответственности;
• Уверенное знание продуктовых практик: user story mapping, impact mapping и др.;
• Опыт работы с Jira (настройка метрик и workflow, автоматизация), Miro;
• Опыт построения и коучинга команды с нуля.

Будет плюсом:

• Опыт работы с масштабируемыми фреймворками SAFe, LeSS;
• Опыт работы в финтехе (инвестиционный бизнес);
• Опыт применения kanban;
• Знание продуктовых метрик и практик развития продукта;
• Понимание принципов Design Thinking, System thinking;
• Наличие сертификатов, подтверждающие знания и опыт в области Agile;
• Базовое понимание java-стека;
• Опыт работы в кросс-функциональных продуктовых командах (back,front);
• Опыт участия в профессиональных конференциях.
