- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identifying gaps in the team’s adoption of the Scrum Framework and guiding them toward best practices.
- Coaching the team to embrace Scrum Values and Agile Manifesto principles.
- Promoting and maintaining a steady sprint rhythm, ensuring predictability and focus.
- Supporting team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Acting as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable the team’s success.
- Encouraging a culture of learning, transparency, and accountability within the team.
- Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role for 2+ years.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in identifying Scrum adoption gaps and leading teams to improved practices.
- Strong understanding of Scrum Values, Agile Manifesto values, and principles.
- Experience in team development and coaching practices.
- Commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

- Strong focus on Agile processes, process metrics, and team health and management.
- Proven ability to mediate conflicts and foster collaboration within Agile teams.
- Experience identifying, escalating, and removing blockers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ability to guide teams in backlog prioritization and sprint planning to maximize delivery outcomes.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, processes, and project management tools (Jira can be substituted for Azure DevOps).
- Experience with teams developing enterprise software with geographically dispersed team members.
- Scrum Alliance (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or project management certifications.

Мы ищем Скрам-мастера на одну из ключевых систем Банка, обслуживающая процессы инвестиционного бизнеса. Предстоит выполнять ключевую роль в решении амбициозных задач по удовлетворению текущих потребностей бизнеса, миграции на отечественные системные компоненты, формированию стратегического видения и планов по дальнейшему развитию.
Обязанности:
- Координирование работы команды разработки, планирование и отслеживание сроков реализации задач;
- Управление и оптимизация релизного цикла продуктов;
- Повышение качества декомпозиции, оценивания, планирования задач;
- Фасилитация Scrum-событий / встреч, повышение качества встреч;
- Развитие командной работы: взаимопомощи внутри команды для достижения цели спринта.
- Определение рисков для достижения цели спринта;
- Формирование в команде инженерных практик, направленных на повышение точности оценок и качества результата;
- Развитие самоорганизации в команде;
- Организация системного сбора обратной связи от членов команды;
- Проведение тренингов и обучения в команде;
- Помощь команде в достижении заданных показателей эффективности;
- Глубокое понимание Agile и опыт работы в agile-командах;
- Практический опыт внедрения scrum;
