We are launching an internship program in Project Management.
We are looking for talented people at the start of their careers who are eager to immerse themselves in their chosen field, develop their skills, and grow with the company. The internship is paid, and top performers will have the opportunity to continue their careers at Playrix.
This is a great opportunity to start your career in the games industry, gain hands-on experience working on real tasks, and see firsthand how one of the world’s leading game companies works!
Who this internship is for:
The program offers professionals with 2–3 years of experience a bridge to a new career path. For hands-on specialists such as QA professionals, analysts, and developers, it provides a fast track into management and the opportunity to work with processes and people. For managers from traditional IT, it is an opportunity to overcome the “no industry experience” barrier and transition into product-focused game development, with its unique environment and fast pace, without stepping back professionally.
The program includes 2 stages:
You will learn the core processes behind game feature development and complete a series of practical assignments. You will learn how to analyze game mechanics, develop product solutions, prepare documentation, and work with game builds while receiving feedback from a mentor.
You will join real product tasks under the guidance of a mentor, contributing to the preparation and delivery of game features and collaborating with developers and game designers. The complexity of your tasks and your level of independence will gradually increase.
After successful completion of the trial period, we may offer you the opportunity to continue working at the company.
In this case, you will become part of one of our product teams and take ownership of your own area of responsibility. You will independently manage several tasks, work closely with the producer and development team, and be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of your part of the work.
