Readymag — design-инструмент для создания сайтов, лендингов, портфолио, журналов и редакционных материалов. Команда аналитики растёт; новый аналитик возьмёт на себя продуктовую аналитику end-to-end и поможет переехать с Amplitude в полноценный data warehouse setup.

Задачи:

• Own product analytics infrastructure in Amplitude and BigQuery: maintain data consistency, quality, and tracking;
• Think in funnels, retention, cohorts, and activation; spot anomalies in onboarding and in-product behavior;
• Design and run A/B tests end-to-end: framing the question, calculating sample sizes, monitoring, and interpretation;
• Write SQL in BigQuery to explore data, validate quality, and answer complex ad-hoc questions;
• Build dashboards and reports, and actively use them in your own work to surface findings and generate hypotheses;
• Translate findings into clear, actionable conclusions for product and growth teams;
• Work closely with a second analyst, developers, and data engineers to keep tracking consistent across the stack;
• Help shape the analytics infrastructure as we migrate from Amplitude toward a full data warehouse setup.

Требования:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a track record of influencing product decisions;
• Strong SQL: comfortable with complex queries, joins, aggregations, and window functions;
• Python: comfortable writing scripts for data processing, visualization, and statistical analysis;
• Experience with product analytics tools, such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar;
• Solid understanding of the full user funnel for web products: acquisition, activation, retention;
• Basic data engineering literacy: how tracking is set up, where data comes from, and how to manage it;
• Ability to define and articulate requirements for developers or data engineers;
• English at B2+.

Будет плюсом:

• Experience with BigQuery;
• You've built or significantly improved an analytics setup from scratch;
• Statistics background or hands-on experimentation experience;
• Experience building custom dashboards and conducting research from scratch.
