We're scaling up a major fintech project in Wrocław and looking for 10 experienced Fullstack .NET Developers to join our team.

This is a contract engagement with a strong client in the Banking & Finance sector — stable, well-structured, and fully hybrid.

✅ What you'll be working on:

You'll be part of a team delivering enterprise-grade applications for a banking client. The stack is modern, the codebase is well-maintained, and the team is international. Your work will span both backend services and React-based frontends — no siloed roles here.

✅ What we're looking for:

8 years of hands-on development experience

Proficiency in .NET with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Service, Key Vault, AKS — the real stuff)

Strong React + TypeScript skills on the frontend

Solid analytical mindset — you can read requirements, spot edge cases, and push back when something doesn't make sense

English B2 — the project runs in English

Engagement details

📍 Wrocław, Poland — hybrid, 3 days/week on-site (non-negotiable)

💰 Rate: 4400 -4900$ (B2B)
