Plata is hiring: Senior Engineering Manager

At Plata, we are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering teams building the technology behind customer acquisition, including marketing automation, referral programs, and telesales platform.

You will lead an engineering unit of ~30 specialists across multiple teams, scaling both the organization and the technology behind some of Plata’s key customer acquisition channels.

📍 Relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Spain, including assistance for employees and their families.
