Risk Analyst

🔍 We're #Hiring a Risk Analyst!

We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join a high-ownership team and build out the Business Plan, Provisions & Reporting function from scratch — a role that sits at the intersection of financial risk and the bank's core business model.

You will design and own the business planning, provisioning, and internal reporting workflows, directly shaping how the bank's financial model works from day one.

What you'll do:

- Lead internal risk reporting (market, liquidity, VaR, IRRBB, credit risk)

- Drive business planning from a risk perspective and optimize capital consumption

- Run provisioning calculations (ECL / IFRS 9) and build out the process

- Prepare reporting packages and materials for investors

- Automate recurring calculations using Python and Excel

- Work with DWH data, perform quality checks and reconciliations

What we're looking for:

✔ 3+ years in banking, financial risk, or a related field

✔ Strong Excel + Python skills

✔ Understanding of market, liquidity, credit risk, VaR, IRRBB

✔ SQL and DWH experience

✔ ECL / IFRS 9 or capital optimization experience is a strong plus

✔ Nice to have: ALM, regulatory reporting, Tableau or other BI tools
