I'm looking for a strong Product Analyst to join Intch, Inc and work directly with me as well as closely with our CPO and CMO to build a complete, end-to-end analytics system across the entire company. You'll be building the analytics function almost from scratch, as a standalone function within the company.
Format: 100% remote (GET timezone, but the team is distributed globally).
Here's what you will do:
• Build company-wide analytics nearly from the ground up as a standalone function
• Drive product analytics for subscription models, focusing on the end-to-end user funnel: onboarding → paywall → purchase → retention/churn
• Run the full A/B testing lifecycle: from hypothesis → setting primary metrics and guardrails → analysis → final decision (ship / stop / iterate / extend)
• Conduct cohort and behavioral analysis, turning raw data into actionable product insights
• Own experiment design and interpretation across 10–12 parallel tests simultaneously
• Package complex findings into concise, decision-ready artifacts (no "black box" reporting)
• Bridge the gap between data and stakeholders, clearly explaining conclusions and uncertainty to non-analysts
❗️ Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with 10–12 parallel tests is a must
What we're looking for:
• Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets
• A strong foundation in experiment design, A/B testing methodology, and segmentation
• Proven track record in product analytics for subscription-based products
