Нужен человек, который сможет спроектировать и построить AI-native platform для performance marketing automation. Это не просто CTO “про управление разработкой”. Главная задача-связать в единую платформу: backend / platform architecture; automation layer; data ingestion; semantic layer; embeddings / vector search; clustering pipeline; LLM workflows; creative intelligence; buyer workspace; cross-performance analytics. Роль подойдет CTO / Platform Architect / Technical Product Architect / сильному Tech Lead, который умеет соединять backend, data, AI и product logic в единую масштабируемую систему.
