CTO / Technical Co-founder

New mandate. And it's a big one 🔥

I'm hiring a CTO / Technical Co-founder for a non-custodial DeFi platform that's already live, generating real revenue and scaling fast.

This is the founding technical hire. You'd own architecture, security and the build, set the engineering standards, own key management and on-chain security, and be the technical voice to the founder, investors and board.

There's a serious build ahead, not a maintenance job. EVM-native today, with more chains on the roadmap.

Who I'm after:

➡️ A hands-on builder who can still lead - Someone who could ship it solo but knows when to delegate.
➡️ Deep smart-contract and protocol security background.
➡️ Safe / ERC-4337 a strong plus.
➡️ Security-first by instinct.

$200K-400K + equity. Remote. Permanent.
