Задачи:

- Own our key metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, refund rate) and make sure they're defined and calculated in a way everyone trusts;
- Run A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to "here's what we should do about it";
- Build a LTV model using early signals and sensible assumptions;
- Dig into pricing experiments — help us understand the trade-offs between conversion, price, and long-term value;
- Analyze our web onboarding funnel and tell us where the biggest wins are hiding;
- Find non-obvious growth levers that move us toward sustainable unit economics;
- Lean on AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot — whatever works for you) to move faster.

Требования:

- Proficient with SQL — joins, window functions, CTEs without breaking a sweat;
- Python for analysis and light automation;
- Some experience with ETL / pipelines (Airflow, dbt);
- Worked with a BI tool before (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI);
- Understand subscription unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin;
- Solid grasp of A/B testing — proper design, sample sizes, and reading results honestly (especially in low-volume settings);
- Proactive, comfortable in ambiguity, happy to own outcomes.

Bonus points:

- You already use AI tools in your day-to-day analytics work;
- Background in health, pharma, or digital health;
- Familiar with HIPAA / GDPR and what you can and can't track in health data;
- Web onboarding funnel / paywall optimization experience.
