RAG

• Практический опыт разработки RAG-систем.
• Знание embeddings, chunking, векторного и гибридного поиска, reranking.
• Опыт работы с Qdrant / Milvus.
• Опыт индексации документов и обновления базы знаний.
• Понимание методов оценки качества поиска и ответов.

AI Agents

• Практический опыт разработки AI-агентов с вызовом инструментов (tool calling).
• Понимание агентных циклов, управления состоянием, повторных попыток и обработки ошибок.
• Опыт разработки многошаговых агентных сценариев.
• Понимание безопасности AI-агентов: prompt injection, разграничение доступа, ограничения действий.

• Опыт работы с MCP.
• Rust
• Опыт развёртывания и использования собственных LLM (vLLM, self-hosted models).
• Опыт работы с LiteLLM, OpenRouter.
• Опыт разработки мультиагентных систем.
• Опыт работы с фреймворками оценки качества LLM-приложений (evaluation frameworks).
• Опыт оптимизации кеширования промптов, скорости ответов и стоимости использования моделей.
• Опыт мониторинга и диагностики GenAI-систем в production.

• Разработка GenAI-сервисов на .NET.
• Создание и развитие RAG-систем.

• Интеграция LLM в существующие приложения.
• Активное использование ИИ-инструментов в процессе разработки.
• Повышение качества, производительности и надёжности GenAI-систем.
• Разработка прототипов и MVP с последующим внедрением в production.

• Стабильная и интересная работа в крупной брокерской компании с более чем 30-летней историей на фондовом рынке.
• График работы: удаленно, 5/2, по московскому времени.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM AEST/Sydney time

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team working on enterprise applications, customer platforms, system integrations and innovative technology solutions.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge across both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work directly with clients.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, adapt quickly to new technologies and contribute to complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve web applications and enterprise platforms.
• Work across both front-end and back-end development.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases and third-party systems.
• Contribute to application architecture, security, performance and scalability.
• Support the development of AI-powered solutions and automation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients on technical requirements and project delivery.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
