Что будем делать

• Проектирование архитектуры мониторинга — разработка сквозных решений на базе Zabbix и Monq под требования внешних заказчиков (деплой, масштабирование, отказоустойчивость).
• Определение требований — взаимодействие с клиентами, сбор технических и бизнес‑требований, перевод их в конкретные метрики и SL‑индикаторы.
• Конфигурирование и кастомизация — создание шаблонов, пользовательских скриптов, интеграций (API, webhook, ITSM, CMDB).
• Внедрение и миграция — планирование и проведение развертываний, миграций с других систем мониторинга, настройка кластеров Zabbix/Monq.
• Оптимизация производительности — настройка распределённого сбора данных, балансировка нагрузки, построение высокодоступных инфраструктур.
• Документирование и обучение — подготовка технической документации, инструкций и проведение воркшопов для заказчиков и внутренней команды.

Что требуется

• Опыт ≥ 5 лет в проектировании и внедрении систем мониторинга
• Опыт работы в крупных системных интеграторах
• Глубокие знания Zabbix (версия 5.x и выше) – архитектура, шаблоны, API, HA‑кластеры
• Знание Monq (модуль/библиотека для расширения Zabbix) и/или аналогичных решений
• Умение описывать и реализовывать метрики, триггеры, уведомления
• Опыт с другими СММ (Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)
• Навыки скриптования (Bash, Python, PowerShell) для кастомных проверок
• Понимание принципов DevOps: CI/CD, контейнеризация (Docker), оркестрация (Kubernetes)
• Умение вести техническую документацию (RACI, диаграммы, SOP)
• Английский — уровень B2+ (техническая переписка с международными клиентами)
• Коммуникабельность, навыки работы с клиентами (презентации, оценки рисков)
• Опыт автоматизации развертывания (Ansible, Terraform)
