Product Management Director

Looking for a job is hard. Turns out, hiring is hard too.

So I’ll try a more direct approach: I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager to join my team at inDrive.

The product itself is a great one for people who enjoy complex problems rather than another set of buttons and screens.

We’re building verification products for inDrive’s global operations. The challenge is to make verification faster, cheaper and more automated, without sacrificing quality.

There’s a lot to build: AI/ML and OCR automation, integrations with external services, decisioning logic, human-in-the-loop workflows, internal tools for verification teams, and the platform behind all of it.

The role comes with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for a product domain and its metrics, not just a backlog.

And since you’ll be working directly with me, a bit of advertising for myself too 🙂

I’ve spent most of my career as a Product Manager, so I know how frustrating it is to work with a manager who turns PMs into project coordinators.

I try to do the opposite.

I’ll give you context rather than ready-made solutions, expect you to challenge my ideas, give you space to make decisions, and help remove organisational blockers when you need it.

I care much more about whether we solve the right problem and move the metrics than about how many features we ship.

There will be plenty of responsibility and probably plenty of debates. But very little micromanagement.

We’re looking for an Senior Product Manager with a strong background in HR Tech / Employee Experience to drive the development of our internal products within a broader ecosystem strategy.

What you’ll need:

▪️ Proven experience managing complex digital products with extensive functionality and large user bases

▪️ Hands-on experience with HR Tech, Employee Experience, or internal products

▪️ Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization

▪️ Proven ability to lead Product Discovery, validate hypotheses, and analyze user journeys

✔️ Strong systems thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous requests and make outcome-driven decisions

What you’ll do:

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities for key Employee Experience areas

• Lead initiatives end-to-end: from problem definition and solution discovery to launch and outcome evaluation

• Identify opportunities to enhance UX, simplify user journeys, and automate processes

• Define product metrics, success criteria, and analyze post-launch results

• Align stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and priority changes transparently
