Our client is a profitable, PE-backed CAFM platform for commercial real estate. It powers 250M+ m² of real estate and 100,000+ buildings in 35+ countries, used by 500,000+ professionals. After mergers with leading UK and German property-operations businesses, they're scaling through acquisitions. They're looking for a hands-on product leader to take their Soft FM & Estates portfolio to its next stage of growth.

📌 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻

▫️ Space management and Soft FM products (cleaning, portering, catering), used daily across UK healthcare

▫️ A team of 4 domain-expert PMs: hiring, coaching, performance, growth

▫️ Strategy for merging acquired products into one coherent ecosystem

▫️ Roadmaps and investment calls: where to build, where to hold

▫️ Tight alignment with Sales so the roadmap unblocks deals and drives revenue

▫️ Continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and AI-powered product insights

✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

▫️ 5+ years in product management, ideally 3+ in B2B SaaS

▫️ 2+ years as a people manager, ideally of PMs

▫️ Experience leading a team through real change: restructure, new ways of working, or post-acquisition integration

▫️ Hands-on use of AI to speed up discovery and delivery

▫️ Strong commercial awareness and data fluency (metrics, analytics, evidence-based decisions)

▫️ Excellent stakeholder communication; English C1+

▫️ Bonus: UK healthcare/NHS or public sector, multi-product platforms, Polish or German

Looking for a job is hard. Turns out, hiring is hard too.

So I’ll try a more direct approach: I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager to join my team at inDrive.

The product itself is a great one for people who enjoy complex problems rather than another set of buttons and screens.

We’re building verification products for inDrive’s global operations. The challenge is to make verification faster, cheaper and more automated, without sacrificing quality.

There’s a lot to build: AI/ML and OCR automation, integrations with external services, decisioning logic, human-in-the-loop workflows, internal tools for verification teams, and the platform behind all of it.

The role comes with real ownership. You’ll be responsible for a product domain and its metrics, not just a backlog.

And since you’ll be working directly with me, a bit of advertising for myself too 🙂

I’ve spent most of my career as a Product Manager, so I know how frustrating it is to work with a manager who turns PMs into project coordinators.

I try to do the opposite.

I’ll give you context rather than ready-made solutions, expect you to challenge my ideas, give you space to make decisions, and help remove organisational blockers when you need it.

I care much more about whether we solve the right problem and move the metrics than about how many features we ship.

There will be plenty of responsibility and probably plenty of debates. But very little micromanagement.
