Lead Data Analyst, Marketing Technology

About Bolt

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.

  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.

  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.

  • Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About the role

As a Lead Data Analyst in our Marketing Technology team, you’ll own the analytical and methodological backbone of Bolt’s Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) domain — designing the measurement, experimentation, personalisation engine and causal inference frameworks that shape how we engage millions of customers across the Rider, Driver, Eater, Rentals, and Business verticals.

Wondered what if your campaigns didn't just react to user behavior, but actually knew your users?

We're building Bolt's user memory layer for Lifecycle Marketing: a system that extracts, curates, and reasons over customer knowledge to power next-generation engagement and retention. That means turning raw, noisy behavioral signals into durable, high-quality representations of what users want, need, and care about their preferences, intents, and life moments and using them in real time to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time

You won’t be implementing someone else’s framework — you’ll be defining the methodology and building measurement infrastructure and self-serve tooling that scale across 50+ markets. You’ll partner closely with the Director of LCM, vertical Heads, and technical teams across Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, and Martech Engineering as the leading and owning individual contributor for this framework.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Design, validate, and maintain advanced marketing measurement methodologies for the LCM domain, including experimentation, econometric modelling, and causal inference. As well as owning the roadmap and development of our personalisation engine in marketing.

  • Build the measurement infrastructure, not just the analysis: incrementality frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and self-serve tools that marketers and analysts use directly.

  • Serve as the technical and methodological lead in your domain — mentoring analysts, elevating analytical standards, and evangelising best practices in measurement and experimentation across Marketing.

  • Orchestrate the domain testing roadmap, turning holdout and experiment findings into documented actions, automated processes, and models that guide marketing strategy.

  • Partner with Data Platform, Analytics Engineering, and Martech Engineering to build high-integrity data pipelines, reporting solutions, and uniform data standards across all markets.

  • Engage senior stakeholders, from the Director of LCM to vertical Heads, to align on goals and convert complex modelling outputs into clear, business-ready recommendations.

About you

  • You have a PhD or MSc in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics).

  • You have strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python, and experience mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional analytical projects. Experience in recommender systems and personalisation algorithms is preferred but not necessary.

  • You practise causal inference hands-on, not just in concept, with solid experience in experimentation, econometric modelling, and incrementality measurement across large data sets (>10 mil. data points)

  • You bring statistical rigour under real-world constraints: power analysis, sample size reasoning, and knowing when good enough is good enough.

  • You have an operationalisation instinct — a track record of shipping models and tools that get adopted and used, not just delivered.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and English fluency; experience with multi-sided marketplace data is a bonus.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.

  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.

  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.

  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.

  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.

  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.

At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there’s a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You’re still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Everyone is welcome

Bolt is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where all qualified applicants are considered for employment without regard to race, colour, nationality, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are happy to make reasonable accommodations throughout our hiring process. If you require any adjustments, please let us know.

Senior/Lead Product Analyst [Antifraud]

plataНа сервисе с: 08.09.26 14:48↑ Вакансия с автоподнятием
Зарплата не указанаМексикаМехикоГибрид

We are building the next generation of our Antifraud & Disputes system and are looking for a Product Analytics Senior/Lead to own the analytical, ML, and decision-making foundation behind how we detect, prevent, and manage fraud and disputes across products.

You will shape how we prioritise antifraud initiatives, build and scale ML models for fraud and dispute detection, and design the business logic behind risk decisions, ensuring we protect the business and customers while minimising friction and cost. This is a high-impact opportunity to define an end-to-end antifraud analytics function from the ground up, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to turn ideas into scalable production systems.

What you'll do:

  • Own Antifraud & Disputes Analytics end-to-end — metrics, dashboards, monitoring, data quality, and analytical support for business decisions
  • Define the team's roadmap and priorities, allocating resources to the highest-impact problems
  • Build and own ML models for Antifraud & Disputes across the full lifecycle — from feature engineering to deployment and monitoring
  • Manage antifraud-related costs (vendors, tooling, operations) and drive efficiency without compromising risk or customer experience
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape solutions and influence priorities for fraud prevention and disputes
  • Optimise Fraud Operations at scale, working with a 150+ person team through data, automation, and process redesign
  • Build self-service analytics and LLM-based tools so other teams can answer common questions independently
  • Define and track the framework for measuring antifraud impact — losses, approval/conversion rates, disputes, costs, and friction
  • Turn complex fraud and dispute problems into structured investigations and solutions across rules, ML, product, and operations
  • Evaluate and manage external vendors — testing, benchmarking, and driving adoption decisions

What makes you a great fit:

  • A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, NSE, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production (feature engineering, validation, monitoring)
  • Advanced SQL and Python
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to understand business objectives and transfer them into technical analytical tasks
  • Experience in building processes and scaling them in fast-paced environments, including work with large operational teams
  • English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community

Our ways of working:

  • Innovative Spirit: a team from the best technical universities
  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who dare to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Relocation support to our hub in Mexico with full visa & permit support to the employee and family
  • Flexible work from our office
  • Healthcare Coverage
  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
  • Vacation policy: 20 working days of annual leave and paid sick leave
