Our customer is a large infrastructure organization focused on operating and enhancing complex, business-critical systems. The company invests in digital technologies, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and decision-making across large-scale processes. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, it develops scalable technology capabilities that support long-term organizational growth and evolving operational needs.
The project is focused on improving the user experience of digital products through clear, consistent, and user-centered content. The scope included defining content guidelines, collaborating with design and product teams, integrating copy into UI designs, and refining messaging based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
- Writing microcopy for UI components, including buttons, error messages, tooltips, and form labels.
- Developing and maintaining content style guides, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
- Creating structured, reusable copy decks and documenting UX writing principles and best practices.
- Developing clear, concise, user-centered copy to improve usability and accessibility.
- Collaborating with UX Design, Product, and Development teams to align content with design and functionality.
- Coordinating user research and usability testing to validate content effectiveness.
- Refining content based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and A/B testing results.
- Ensuring content integrates seamlessly into high-fidelity UI designs and adapts to layout and interaction constraints.
- Providing structured copy concepts and guidelines to inform UI design decisions.
- Experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Communications, Journalism, or related fields for 2+ years.
- Strong ability to create clear, concise, user-centered microcopy for digital products.
- Understanding of UX principles, content design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Experience developing and maintaining content guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards.
- Ability to use user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback to refine content.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
- Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Andersen is hiring a UX Researcher with German for a project focused on accessible, user-friendly interfaces and maintaining a consistent digital experience with the Nova Design System.

The project is focused on designing and maintaining consistent, accessible, and user-friendly digital interfaces based on the Nova Design System. It includes creating UI components, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and style guides, as well as continuously enhancing the design system to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms.
- Preparing user research reports summarizing key insights, pain points, and opportunities.
- Analyzing surveys and findings, including response trends and statistical insights.
- Creating user personas that define archetypical users and their needs.
- Preparing user journey maps detailing end-to-end user interactions and friction points.
- Developing service blueprints outlining touchpoints between users, frontstage, and backstage processes.
- Preparing usability testing reports with performance metrics, identified issues, and improvement recommendations.
- Developing research-backed design recommendations to support product development.
- Experience in UX Research for 2+ years.
- Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design (according to skill levels in section 3), or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design).
- Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, UX Research Academy).
