At FourKites we have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges with real-world impacts. Whether it's medical supplies from Cardinal Health or groceries for Walmart, the FourKites platform helps customers operate global supply chains that are efficient, agile and sustainable.

Industry Context: AI-driven supply chain innovations reduce logistics costs by 15%+, inventory by 35%+, and improve service efficiency by 65%+. Companies prioritize AI-enabled automation as the key enabler for customer experience, sustainability, and resilience.

Join a team of curious problem solvers that celebrates differences, leads with empathy and values inclusivity.

FourKites is looking for a sharp, curious and execution-focused Product Manager to join the Visibility team and own our Over-the-Road (OTR) portfolio: Truckload, LTL, Parcel and Last Mile. This is FourKites' flagship product line. Some of the world's largest shippers use it to track billions of dollars of freight every day.

This is not a PM support role. You will own real product outcomes from day one. You'll work hands-on with data, build your own prototypes, talk directly with enterprise customers, and partner with engineering and design to ship features that improve adoption, retention and tracking quality.

The role sits where supply chain operations meet modern software product development, and you'll need both. You need deep empathy for how freight actually moves across modes, and the analytical rigor to turn that into product bets worth making.

What you'll be doing

Product Ownership & Outcomes

  • Own product outcomes for one or more OTR modes (Truckload, LTL, Parcel or Last Mile), including tracking quality, ETA accuracy and carrier coverage.
  • Track and analyze adoption, engagement and retention KPIs for your area.
  • Find friction points and adoption gaps using usage data, customer interviews and feedback from Customer Success and Sales.
  • Build and prioritize a backlog that measurably improves customer stickiness, and bring well-reasoned prioritization recommendations to roadmap planning.

Data & AI-Assisted Product Development

  • Write your own SQL to explore feature usage, tracking performance and customer behavior, without waiting on an analyst.
  • Use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor and similar) to build working prototypes, internal tools and quick analyses that make a requirement concrete before engineering picks it up.
  • Work hands-on in product analytics platforms like Pendo, and maintain dashboards that track adoption trends across customer segments.
  • Turn quantitative findings into clear product hypotheses and actionable backlog items.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation and event tracking.

Customer Engagement

  • Run discovery sessions and join onboarding calls, QBRs and support escalations to understand shipper and carrier workflows firsthand.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to surface systemic product gaps and recurring pain points.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal planning and sprint reviews.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work with Engineering and Design through scoping, development and post-launch monitoring, partnering directly with squads across time zones.
  • Support Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes and adoption playbooks.
  • Contribute to presales conversations and market requirements gathering with Solutions teams.

Who you are

We're hiring at two levels:

  • Associate Product Manager: 2–4 years in product management or a related role. Strong BA, analyst, solutions or implementation backgrounds in logistics tech are welcome.
  • Product Manager: 5+ years, including end-to-end ownership of a product area and a track record of shipping with measurable business impact.

For both levels:

  • Practical experience in supply chain or logistics. You understand shipper pain points, carrier dynamics and how freight moves day to day.
  • Comfort working hands-on with data: strong SQL, familiarity with analytics tools, and the ability to build a data-driven story on your own.
  • Proven use of AI tools to speed up PM work beyond drafting documents, such as building prototypes, scripts and internal tools yourself. Be ready to walk us through something you've built this way.
  • Strong customer engagement skills. You've run discovery calls, written user stories, and can turn qualitative feedback into crisp requirements.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across time zones.
  • Ability to work with significant overlap with US Central Time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with two or more of truckload, LTL, parcel and last mile.
  • Prior work on SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs or customer health scoring.
  • Experience with Pendo, Amplitude or similar product analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squads.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics or another quantitative field.

What success looks like in year 1:

  • You independently own a product area within OTR visibility, with clear adoption and engagement KPIs.
  • You've shipped customer-facing improvements end to end, from discovery through post-launch analysis, with significant business impact.
  • You use data to find insights before anyone has to ask for them.
  • You've built prototypes or internal tools that changed how a requirement was scoped or how your team works.
  • Customer Success and Engineering see you as a reliable, high-signal partner.

Location: Argentina or Uruguay — fully remote

Team: Aquiva Consulting

Type: Full-time

English: C1 — client-facing communication and facilitation

About the role

The Product Owner is the single point of accountability for driving value delivery to our clients and their end customers.

Your job is to understand the business problem from the client's perspective, guide them to the solution that meets their need, align stakeholders, and prescribe the highest-value path forward. On the other side of that, you make sure the engineering team is always working on the right things, at the right time, with clear outcomes.

The person who does well here moves past backlog management: they challenge assumptions and recommend approaches aligned to business goals, user needs, and platform capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Client and outcome ownership. Be the primary client-facing product partner. Lead discovery to understand business objectives, success metrics, and constraints, not just feature requests.

  • Requirements translation. Turn client needs into clear requirements achievable through sprints and tied to measurable business value.

  • Risk and opportunity. Identify risks and gaps early, and present trade-offs to stakeholders.

  • Product strategy. Define and maintain vision and roadmap rooted in outcomes. Prioritize on value, impact, risk, and effort. Challenge scope to prevent overengineering.

  • Delivery leadership. Own the backlog in an Agile environment, define acceptance criteria with engineering, QA, and UX, and facilitate refinement, planning, and demos.

  • Validation. Run acceptance testing and validate solutions against the intended business outcomes.

  • Cross-functional advisory. Bridge business and technical teams, and support presales, solution design, and QBRs.

Must-have

  • 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Salesforce experience across Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Data 360.

  • Agile delivery. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

  • Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills in English.

  • Strategic and execution-oriented thinking, with strong analytical skills and business acumen.

  • Comfort presenting options, trade-offs, and recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Product or solution experience in any industry

  • Marketing, insights, analytics, or product experience

  • Product management or consulting experience

  • QA knowledge or prior developer experience

  • Familiarity with high tech, hospitality, fintech, or healthcare industries

Benefits

  • Co-working spaces and offices for collaboration

  • Team activities

  • Flexible PTO policy

  • Healthcare

  • Paid sick leaves, parental leaves, and volunteer days
