Мы – команда What If. Мы делаем приложения и сервисы, позволяющие Банку лучше понимать, как развивается бизнес, какие стратегические решения принимать на изменяющемся рынке и как при этом соответствовать всем требованиям регулятора.

У нас в Банке есть разные процессы прогнозирования риск-метрик и метрик дохода, при этом они достаточно сложные и включают в себя несколько этапов формирования прогноза и участие разных подразделений.

Сейчас мы ищем разработчика для дальнейшего развития нашего ключевого продукта, предназначенного для построения целостных прогнозных сценариев и оркестрации сквозного процесса прогнозирования.

Наша команда состоит из владельца продукта, аналитиков, бекэнд и фуллстек разработчиков, QA-специалистов. Нам помогают фронтэндеры, дизайнеры и DevOps-специалисты из смежных команд, а также представители бизнеса. Вся команда размещается в Москве на смешанном режиме работы (офис + дом).

  • Разработка: Создание основного серверного приложения на ASP .NET, а также развитие вспомогательных интеграционных сервисов на Python.

  • Архитектурные решения: Участие в проектировании архитектуры систем, выбор технологического стека, выбор способов интеграции сервисов в единое решение.

  • Управление и планирование: Оценка и декомпозиция задач, планирование работ, участие в управлении инженерными процессами.

  • Качество кода: Проведение код-ревью, поддержание чистоты кода, и обеспечение покрытия тестами.

  • AI в разработке: Активное использование LLM и ИИ-инструментов в производственном процессе (генерация кода, код-ревью, формирование документация, оптимизация рутинных задач).

  • Опыт коммерческой разработки на .NET от 5 лет.

  • Cтек разработки: Знание C#, .NET 6+ (внутреннее устройство CLR, производительность, многопоточность), ASP.NET Core.

  • Архитектура: Практическое применение лучших инженерных практик и паттернов.

  • Базы данных: Уверенное владение PostgreSQL (оптимизация запросов, индексы, транзакции, изоляция). Опыт работы с EF Core или Dapper. Опыт использования Liquibase.

  • Брокеры сообщений: Опыт работы с Kafka (создание потребителей и продюсеров).

  • API и интеграции: Опыт реализации и поддержки API на базе REST и GraphQL.

  • Cloud & DevOps: Понимание принципов CI/CD, контейнеризации (Docker, Kubernetes), Service Mesh, Helm.

  • Интеграционное тестирование: Базовые навыки работы с Python для написания автоматизированных тестов.

  • Модульное тестирование: Опыт использования модульного тестирования (NUnit/MS Test).

  • Использование ИИ-инструментов в разработке.

  • Готовность к трудоустройству на декретную ставку с потенциальной возможностью в последующем остаться в штате Сбера.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior C# Developer to help design and build robust, scalable backend solutions for collecting and managing large volumes of data. Join the team responsible for designing and evolving the components that integrate the various Veeam products into the company's BaaS offerings. The team drives the development of the following products: Veeam Data Command Center, Veeam Service Provider Console, and Veeam VDC Azure/Entra ID services.

About the role

Join Veeam as a C# Developer and help shape the backend of Veeam Backup for Hypervisors, enhancing data protection and driving business resilience.

In this role, you’ll help drive the next stage of growth by improving the platform’s architecture and component stability. A key focus will be reducing the time and effort required to onboard support for new hypervisors making integrations faster, safer, and more predictable.

You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and contribute to continuously improving how we build and scale our product.

  • Develop business logic for products in virtualization field (RHV, Nutanix, Proxmox VE, etc.)  
  • Develop new products and support existing functionalities 
  • Participation and individual development of components and the whole architecture of the product

What You'll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial projects
  • Good knowledge of the C# language

  • Possession of the principles of software design and development 
  • English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international teams

  • Experience in development for virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
