• Developing backend services and APIs using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

• Designing and developing backend services and REST APIs for the case management platform using C# / ASP.NET Core.
• Implementing case management logic: case lifecycle, routing and assignment rules, statuses, SLAs, and notifications.

• Designing and optimizing database structures and queries (Entity Framework Core, SQL).
