Сейчас усиливаем команду маркетинга и ищем самостоятельного B2B-маркетолога уровня Middle.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Лидогенерация и воронка:

• Запускать и оптимизировать каналы привлечения клиентов.
• Контролировать качество лидов и конверсии на каждом этапе воронки.
• Настраивать перформанс-рекламу и размещаться в профильных сообществах.
• Сегментировать аудиторию и выстраивать триггерные цепочки на допродажи.

Гипотезы и рост:

• Формулировать гипотезы по увеличению доли рынка и среднего чека.
• Проверять гипотезы на практике и масштабировать рабочие подходы.
• Анализировать результаты и корректировать стратегию.

Позиционирование и контент:

• Формировать и продвигать ключевые сообщения компании.
• Готовить кейсы, white papers, видеоинтервью и статьи в профильных медиа.
• Упаковывать презентации, ROI-калькуляторы и скрипты для отдела продаж.
• Оформлять клиентские кейсы для официальных информационных пространств компании.

Продуктовый маркетинг:

• Масштабировать зрелые продукты: анализировать воронку, тестировать новые связки, упаковывать фичи в понятные офферы.
• Запускать новые продукты с нуля: готовить лендинг, демо-видео, презентацию и инструкции.
• Участвовать в формировании Go-to-Market стратегии.

Событийный маркетинг:

• Проводить онлайн- и офлайн-мероприятия: от идеи и сценария до привлечения аудитории.
• Работать с базой после события: прогревать, сегментировать, передавать в продажи.

Аналитика:

• Работать в плотной связке с РОПами и отраслевыми экспертами нашей компании.
• Контролировать воронку и отслеживать ключевые метрики.
• Превращать данные в гипотезы роста и предлагать улучшения.

Что мы ждём:

• Опыт в B2B-маркетинге от 2–3 лет. Желательно в IT-интеграции, SaaS или смежных сложных B2B-отраслях.
• Понимание воронки продаж и метрик маркетинга.
• Понимание, как устроен бизнес клиента изнутри, или готовность разобраться за первый месяц: чем живёт владелец, что болит у руководителя, кто ещё влияет на решение.
• Опыт работы с Figma или другими графическими редакторами.
• Знание основ SEO и умение создавать контент, который нравится и людям, и поисковым системам.
• Самостоятельность и проактивность. Ты не ждёшь, пока РОП скажет «дай лидов», а сам приходишь с планом: гипотеза, бюджет, прогноз по лидам через два месяца.
• Навык работать в двух скоростях одновременно: системный лидген на зрелом продукте и быстрый, динамичный GTM на новом.
• Стратегическое мышление: не просто «делать посты», а видеть общую картину и понимать, как твоя работа влияет на бизнес-цели.
• Аналитический склад ума: умеешь работать с большими объёмами данных, находить закономерности и превращать их в гипотезы для роста.

About the Role

As Product Marketing Director, you'll own product marketing for Veeam Intelligent ResOps, one of Veeam's newest and most visible offerings. Intelligent ResOps is the first offering that integrates data resilience with security as part of the Veeam DataAI Command Platform. 

You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, campaign strategy, and sales enablement for Intelligent ResOps, and you'll partner with pricing, competitive intelligence, partner, and VCSP teams to set the central strategy for those motions. You'll also be the person who knows how the business is performing, tracking the metrics that connect product marketing to pipeline, win rate, and revenue. 

This is a senior role with the opportunity to grow with the business, for someone who can set strategy, drive execution through influence, and hold their own in a room with product, sales, and executive leadership. 

What You’ll Do

• Own positioning and messaging: Set the positioning, messaging, and narrative for Veeam Intelligent ResOps, and connect it to the story that unites Veeam's data resilience, data security, and AI trust capabilities, including how Securiti AI's capabilities fit in 
• Lead launches: Own launch strategy and execution for Intelligent ResOps, driving readiness across product, sales, and marketing so every launch lands with impact 
• Set campaign strategy: Define the campaign strategy and core content that demand generation and field marketing teams run with, and use what you learn to sharpen the next wave 
• Drive sales enablement: Create the messaging, plays, and training that help sellers win, and build material that sales actually uses 
• Own the competitive narrative: Set the competitive strategy in a fast-moving, crowded category, partnering with competitive intelligence teams to turn insight into battle cards and objection handling 
• Shape the category: Build relationships with industry analysts to influence category definition and coverage of Veeam's positioning 
• Set pricing and packaging strategy: Partner with pricing and finance teams to set the central pricing and packaging strategy for Intelligent ResOps and evolve it as the business grows 
• Equip every route to market: Partner with alliance, channel, and VCSP marketing teams to set how Intelligent ResOps is positioned across every route to market 
• Bring the market insight: Feed voice of customer, win/loss insight, and market trends into product management to sharpen the roadmap 
• Track and report on business health: Monitor pipeline, win rate, and revenue, and use them to drive decisions like a business owner

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data resilience 
• Proven track record setting go-to-market strategy for complex, technical products at scale 
• A business-owner mindset, comfortable being measured on pipeline, win rate, and revenue impact 
• Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills, spanning executive and board-level presentations and industry analyst engagements; a proven track record is a must 
• Strong analytical skills, with a history of turning market and performance data into decisions 
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior leaders across product, sales, and executive teams

Bonus Skills

• Experience marketing data security, data protection, or backup and recovery solutions 
• Experience supporting go-to-market efforts following an acquisition or product integration

DataAI Privacy helps organizations automate their privacy obligations across global data and AI regulations, reducing the complexity of meeting privacy requirements through data context and automated controls. 

You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, campaign content, and sales enablement for DataAI Privacy in an established, fast-moving market where sharp differentiation wins. You'll be the hands-on expert who turns market, regulatory, and competitive insight into the stories, content, and enablement that move pipeline and win rate. 

This is a senior role with the opportunity to grow with the business, for someone who leads with craft and can hold their own with product, sales, and executive leadership. Above all, you're passionate about protecting the privacy of people's data while helping companies reduce the complexity of meeting privacy requirements.

• Lead launches: Lead DataAI Privacy launches end to end, from planning through execution, driving readiness across product, sales, and marketing so every launch lands with impact 
• Fuel campaigns: Build the messaging, content, and assets that demand generation and field marketing campaigns run on, and use what you learn to sharpen the next wave 
• Drive sales enablement: Create the messaging, plays, training, and partner-ready content that help sellers win, and build material that sales actually uses 
• Be the expert voice: Be the speaker and public face for DataAI Privacy, representing Veeam at industry events, webinars, and customer conversations, and own the messaging, content, and presentations from build to delivery 
• Support analyst engagement: Contribute to industry analyst briefings and build the materials that showcase Veeam's positioning 
• Bring the market insight: Feed voice of customer, win/loss insight, and market trends into product management, and bring market input into pricing and packaging decisions 
• Measure what works: Track how your programs move pipeline and win rate, and use the data to double down on what's working

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data privacy 
• Strong familiarity with the data privacy and compliance landscape: products, competitors, and global privacy and AI regulations 
• Deep positioning, messaging, and content craft, from executive narratives to launch content to sales enablement, with a track record of differentiating products in competitive markets 
• Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills, spanning industry events, executive presentations, and analyst engagements; a proven track record is a must
