Мы, команда сопровождения АС HR–Платформа ПУЛЬС, ищем нового участника команды, который будет заниматься поддержкой тестовых данных Пульса и автоматизацией процессов команды.

Первый этап отбора на эту вакансию – общение с AI-рекрутером. После отклика вам на почту и в чат на платформе HeadHunter придет приглашение пройти первичное интервью с ГигаРекрутером в Telegram. · подготавливать и поддерживать тестовые данные для внутренних заказчиков

· разрабатывать инструмент генерации синтетических данных для тестовых стендов

· реализовывать агентный слой: парсинг спецификаций, извлечение намерения, построение плана API-вызовы с параметрами

· интегрировать инструмент в SDD-пайплайн

· обеспечивать воспроизводимость, идемпотентность и изоляцию данных на тестовых стендах

· документировать разработанных решений и ведение технической документации

· тестировать решений перед выводом в эксплуатацию

· принимать участие в коммуникациях со смежными командами.

· опыт backend-разработки на Python от 1 года

· знание принципов ООП, паттернов разработки, умение писать масштабируемый код для дальнейшей разработки

· знание клиент-серверной архитектуры, понимание как устроены REST запросы, заголовки, параметры, тела запросов, виды аутентификации

· опыт работы с СУБД PostgreSQL, умение писать запросы к БД

· опыт работы с Jenkins или с любым другим иструментом CI/CD

· опыт написания unit-тестов (pytest)

· базовое понимание AI-агентов и желание развиваться в этом направлении.

Будет плюсом

· опыт создания AI-агентов и использования их в работе

· знание функционала SAP (HR).

We are developing a new insurance platform for Yandex Urban Services. Our team previously worked on launching Yandex Go and Yandex Delivery and is now building a scalable insurance platform integrated with several Yandex services. Today we sell more than 10,000 policies per day and operate under high load. The system is built as a microservice backend using C++, userver, PostgreSQL, YT, and Testsuite. We are looking for a Backend Developer to help build platform components, launch new integrations, and support the high-load infrastructure as the platform continues to grow.

• Launching integrations with partner websites and applications as well as internal platforms, and implementing APIs, data models, and product interaction flows while reusing platform components • Supporting the full lifecycle of insurance products, from presenting insurance offers to users under high RPS load to processing claim payouts when insured events occur • Developing and improving product features by expanding integrations, improving user experience, and adding new functionality • Building and developing reusable platform components such as pricing, scoring, billing, and modules for managing insurance products and contracts • Designing and implementing new platform components, including defining architecture and integrating them into the insurance platform lifecycle • Solving infrastructure challenges typical for high-load systems, including hot-cold storage strategies, efficient search across large datasets, integration testing automation, caching, and sharding • Hiring and training new team members, leading and developing the team, and building a strong engineering foundation for the growth of the business
