Компания: IT People group
Роль: IOS разработчик
Срок привлечения: от 3 месяцев
Грейд: Senior
- Вести Swift 6 strict concurrency и data-race safety
- Много ревьюить и шарить экспертизу в команду.

About the roleWe are looking for a Product Lead to own and evolve one of TradingView's product directions — a group of interconnected product domains that together shape how millions of users discover markets, connect with one another, transact, and experience the platform end to end. This will span areas such as our financial portal and market data experiences, social and community features, payments and monetization, or the platform's core user experience.
You will define the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap that connect these domains into a single, coherent user journey — and you will be accountable for the outcomes the direction drives.
This is both a people leadership and product leadership role. You will manage and grow a team of product managers, each owning one or more domains, while staying hands-on in setting cross-domain strategy, resolving prioritization trade-offs, and championing quality. The role requires a rare combination of strategic breadth, UX sensibility, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence across a large, cross-functional organization.
You will shape the way millions of people around the world experience TradingView, balancing content richness, community engagement, monetization, and usability across every surface.
ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap across all domains in your direction, ensuring they reinforce one another rather than operate in silos
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performing, user-obsessed product culture
Own the cross-domain user journey and the trade-offs between competing priorities within the direction
Champion a coherent information architecture, navigation model, and design language that connect your domains and align with the broader platform
Drive the strategy and roadmap for each domain, working with your PMs to translate vision into well-scoped, high-impact initiatives
Define and track the key product metrics that matter for your direction, such as engagement, retention, conversion, monetization, navigation efficiency, and experience quality
Prioritize investment across domains based on user research, quantitative analysis, and business impact, making clear trade-offs when resources are constrained
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, content, marketing, finance, and partnerships teams to deliver high-quality experiences at scale
Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization
Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to continuously refine your direction's experiences
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers or product teams
Demonstrated success owning product strategy across multiple domains or a broad product area
Strong UX/UI sensibility with hands-on experience collaborating with design teams — ability to critique wireframes, evaluate design trade-offs, and advocate for user-centered solutions
Experience shaping information architecture, content hierarchy, and navigation patterns for complex products
Proven track record of building products that deliver clear value in intuitive, engaging ways
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making, prioritization, and trade-offs across competing initiatives
Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, particularly across design, content, data, engineering, marketing, and finance
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Will be a plus
Understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, or how traders and investors consume market data
Experience with fintech, financial media, or market data platforms
Experience with monetization, subscriptions, or payments products
Experience growing social, community, or network-effect-driven products
Familiarity with SEO principles and their role in content product strategy
Background in UX research, interaction design, or design-adjacent roles before transitioning to product management
Experience operating in large, fast-moving organizations and leading through influence across many teams
Opportunity to shape how 100+ million users discover markets, connect with one another, and experience global financial technology
Broad ownership across multiple interconnected product domains and the chance to build and lead a strong product team
Collaborative, innovation-driven culture with technical excellence at its core
Work with cutting-edge financial technology, real-time data systems, and a uniquely engaged user community
Professional growth and mentorship opportunities

We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.
About the teamWe are looking for a Unit Lead to take on technical and organizational leadership of the unit and grow it as a single platform rather than three separate teams. This is a "leader of leaders" role, with a focus on strategy, reliability, people, and processes. While you will manage team leads, we expect you to remain technically hands-on—deeply understanding our codebase, system design, and architecture. Key expectations are a strong engineering background in distributed systems, the ability to balance reliability, tech debt, and product work, and experience growing team leads.
ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical strategy and roadmap of the Hub unit, prioritization, and alignment of the three teams as a single platform.
Dive deep into complex technical domains, working closely with Architects to resolve critical tech debt and optimize system performance.
Manage the team leads of UDF, UDF Storage, and DevOps/SRE: development, goal setting, feedback, and growth through grades.
Own platform reliability: SLO/SLA, availability and latency, on-call culture, incident reviews, and reducing incident count.
Develop the Disaster Recovery / BCP direction: RTO/RPO, dual-hub and recovery scenarios, regular readiness checks.
Own capacity planning and scaling, and operations on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
Run hiring, performance reviews, grade and compensation justifications, and engineer development within the unit.
Work with stakeholders (product, adjacent clusters) and build cross-team coordination.
Improve development and delivery processes: planning, metrics, quality, and requirements management.
Experience managing engineering teams, ideally managing team leads/managers (several teams simultaneously).
Deep knowledge of Go (Golang) and readiness to read, review, and write code when resolving complex architectural issues.
Strong System Design and Solution Architecture skills, with a solid understanding of OS and low-level technologies.
Experience with high-load, low-latency services in production.
Understanding of SRE practices: SLO/SLA, observability, incident management, on-call.
Confident work with Kubernetes and cloud/container infrastructure.
Ability to build hiring, review, and engineer growth processes.
Systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity and prioritization.
Working-level Russian and English (internal communication and documentation).

About the roleTradingView operates a global market data portfolio across exchanges and data providers worldwide. The complexity of exchange licensing, pricing models and commercial agreements makes market data a significant strategic and commercial function for the business.
We are looking for a Senior Director for Market Data to take senior ownership of this function.
The core of the role is commercial: shaping how we source and license market data, structuring the right commercial models, and negotiating better outcomes as the business evolves.
You will own strategic relationships with exchanges and market data providers, lead major commercial negotiations, shape our licensing strategy and drive the economics of the portfolio. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to ensure our market data strategy supports the business as it grows.
Market Data Commercial Strategy
Define and execute TradingView's commercial strategy for market data globally.
Own strategic relationships with exchanges and data providers.
Lead negotiations on pricing, tiers, enterprise agreements, usage models, minimum commitments, waivers and other commercial terms.
Challenge existing commercial arrangements and identify opportunities to reduce cost, improve terms and better align commitments with actual business needs.
Evaluate opportunities to consolidate overlapping sources, change sourcing models or restructure agreements.
Establish a proactive approach to renewals and price reviews, with clear commercial positions prepared well ahead of deadlines.
Licensing & Contract Strategy
Own the commercial and licensing framework for how TradingView sources, uses and distributes market data.
Understand the economics and implications of different licensing models across the portfolio.
Advise the business on display and non-display usage, professional and non-professional users, redistribution, derived data and other key licensing concepts.
Ensure we have a clear understanding of the rights, obligations and commercial exposure associated with our major agreements.
Lead commercial discussions around audits, licensing questions, disputes and contractual changes.
Partner with Legal to ensure commercial decisions are supported by a clear understanding of contractual and exchange requirements.
Portfolio Economics
Build a fact-based view of the economics of the market data portfolio.
Identify opportunities created by changes in product usage, customer behaviour, vendor pricing and market structure.
Assess the economics of new data sources and commercial proposals before commitments are made.
Develop business cases for major sourcing and commercial decisions.
Establish the right metrics to measure the commercial performance of the portfolio and the impact of negotiations.
Cross-functional leadership
Provide senior leadership on market data strategy and commercial decisions across TradingView.
Partner with Product and Engineering to understand how market data is consumed and how changes in the product should influence our commercial arrangements.
Work on budgeting, forecasting and the financial impact of major commercial decisions.
Work with Legal on licensing, contractual interpretation and exchange requirements.
Provide clear recommendations to senior leadership on major market data decisions.
Significant experience in market data, ideally from an exchange, market data provider, broker, trading platform, investment firm or another financial markets business.
A strong track record of negotiating directly with exchanges and market data providers. You have personally led complex commercial negotiations.
Deep understanding of market data licensing, exchange policies, pricing structures and commercial models.
Strong knowledge of concepts such as display and non-display usage, professional and non-professional users, redistribution, derived data, enterprise licensing and audit or true-up mechanisms.
Strong commercial judgement. You can look at a contract, pricing structure, usage and business requirements and determine where there is a genuine opportunity to improve the commercial outcome.
Ability to build a credible commercial position from complex information and defend it in negotiations with sophisticated counterparties.
Experience managing senior relationships with exchanges and major market data providers.
Experience leading and developing specialist teams, with the ability to set direction while working effectively with deep domain experts.
Ability to work effectively across commercial, product, technical and legal topics without needing to be the deepest technical expert in every area.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience managing a global market data portfolio across multiple exchanges, asset classes and regions.
Experience with market data management or inventory platforms such as MDSL, Calero, TRG Screen or similar.
Experience with a business that distributes market data to a large user base.
Experience using analytics, automation or AI tools to improve commercial analysis and vendor management.
TradingView is one of the world's leading financial information platforms, used by millions of people globally.
Market data is fundamental to the product and connects directly to the exchanges and providers that underpin the experience we deliver to our users.
This is an opportunity to take senior ownership of that ecosystem: shaping how TradingView sources and licenses market data, building strategic relationships with the industry's key counterparties, and materially influencing the commercial economics of the portfolio.
Flexible working hours and a hybrid work format (4 days in the office, 1 day remotely)
Well-equipped office in London

Learning, mentorship, and long-term career growth
Private health insurance
