Android developer (Kotlin)

About the team

Development is organized across product teams and a dedicated platform team. Product teams are responsible for building user-facing features and scenarios, while the platform team focuses on architecture, CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and shared libraries.

We are hiring Team Leads for both directions — depending on your experience, this can be either a product-focused role or a platform-focused one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Android team, ensuring delivery, quality, and predictability of execution

• Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop Android engineers

• Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the team

• Ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering

• Own planning, estimation, and delivery of features

• Ensure adherence to engineering practices and architectural standards

• Improve team processes and foster a strong communication culture

• Coordinate with backend, frontend, and platform teams

What makes you the perfect fit

• 5+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin

• Experience in a Team Lead role

• Hands-on experience with architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar

• Experience working with asynchronous programming using coroutines and Flow, as well as building complex, data-heavy screens

• Understanding of Android UI design principles and platform guidelines

• Experience with code reviews, mentoring engineers, and working in cross-functional teams

Will be a plus

• Experience in finance or trading domain

• Familiarity with TradingView as a product

Наша компания развивает мобильные приложения онлайн-кинотеатра. Ищем сильного мобильного разработчика (iOS + Android) на фуллтайм. Предстоит работать с медиа-контентом, стримингом и сложным UI.

Задачи:

• Разрабатывать и поддерживать приложения для iOS и Android.
• Собирать и релизить приложения в App Store, Google Play и RuStore.

Требования (Hard Skills):
Android (Kotlin/Java):

• Уверенный Kotlin, понимание Java. Опыт с Android SDK, Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, DataBinding).
• Сеть: Retrofit, OkHttp, WebSocket. DI: Dagger 2.
• Локальное хранение: Realm, Room, Preferences.

iOS (Swift):

• Уверенный Swift (понимание Objective-C будет плюсом). UIKit / SwiftUI.
• Сеть: URLSession / Alamofire. DI: Swinject / Factory или аналоги.
• Локальное хранение: CoreData, Keychain.

• Формат: Полная занятость (Full-time), 5/2, 100% удаленно.

Чем вам предстоит заниматься

* Разрабатывать и поддерживать Android-приложения на Kotlin под руководством более опытных разработчиков;
* Реализовывать новый функционал и дорабатывать существующие экраны и компоненты;
* Работать с UI на Kotlin и Jetpack Compose;
* Интегрировать приложение с REST API;
* Работать с Kotlin Coroutines и Flow;
* Участвовать в тестировании, отладке и исправлении ошибок;
* Участвовать в обсуждении и декомпозиции задач вместе с командой;
* Поддерживать техническую документацию;
* Взаимодействовать с разработчиками, аналитиками и дизайнерами;
* Постепенно погружаться в архитектуру приложения и современные подходы к Android-разработке.

* Базовое или уверенное знание Kotlin;
* Понимание основ Android SDK;
* Знакомство с Jetpack Compose;
* Понимание основных принципов разработки Android-приложений;
* Базовое понимание архитектурных подходов MVVM и Clean Architecture;

* Готовность разбираться в чужом коде и учиться новым технологиям;
