Middle/Senior Product Manager (B2C, iGaming)

We're launching a new iGaming product from scratch and looking for a Product Manager to lead the product decisions along the way. If you know your way around iGaming, love making decisions based on data, and enjoy working as part of a team, keep reading.

What you'll be doing:

  • Shape the product strategy and own the backlog
  • Analyze user behavior and look for growth opportunities
  • Set requirements for the dev team and support feature releases
  • Run A/B tests and break down the results
  • Work closely with Dev, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CRM
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market trends
  • Generate hypotheses for growing conversion, retention, and monetization

Who we're looking for:

  • A candidate with 2+ years of Product Manager experience and hands-on iGaming background, especially Sportsbook/Betting
  • Comfortable with product analytics (Retention, Conversion, ARPU, LTV, Churn)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum
  • English at Intermediate+ level

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching products from scratch
  • Knowledge of the LATAM market
  • Understanding of product localization
  • Experience with CRM, bonus mechanics, and gamification

🚀 International fintech holding Quadcode is looking for a Senior Product Owner to own the direction of our Trading product line and shape products across CFD, FX, equities, crypto and options.

Company: Quadcode
Role: Product Owner
Level: Senior
Location: Limassol / Larnaca, Cyprus
Work format: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the office

🔥 What you’ll be doing:
• Owning the product backlog end-to-end — from idea to post-release analysis
• Prioritising features based on data and measurable impact
• Designing experiments, running A/B tests and analysing results
• Working hands-on with trading mechanics: leverage, margin, stop-out, execution and expirations
• Shaping the roadmap across regulated and offshore environments

⚡️ What’s important:
• 3+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner in trading, brokerage or fintech
• Deep understanding of trading instruments and their mechanics
• Experience working with user funds and financial products
• Ability to independently analyse product data using SQL or BI tools
• Hands-on A/B testing experience and a strong data-driven mindset
• Fluent Russian and B2+ English

➕ Nice to have:
• Experience with MT5 or proprietary trading platforms
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Experience launching a new product or financial instrument from scratch
