Main Responsibilities
Design, build and deliver high quality application packages in line with SLAs for use around the globe.
Provide contribution for on‑going projects within Engineering, Base Workplace & Applications and ITI as a whole (like workplace VPN solutions or Engineering workplace squad).
Act as subject matter expert for specialist products in the field of Application Services.
Engineer and provide third‑line support for the workplace.
Initiate and lead engineering activities, including coordination with colleagues inside and outside the team.
Translate requirements to propose technical solutions to management.
Produce design and operational documentation to a high standard.
Build and maintain relationships with support teams and managers.
Create and comment on processes and policies within the governance framework.
Participate in the DevOps team to complete tasks from the team backlog.
Collaborate with other teams to determine requirements and to achieve results.

Ищем Platform Software Engineer для разработки слоя управления платформой виртуализации на базе Kubernetes.
Что предстоит делать: • Проектирование, разработка и поддержка платформенной автоматизации. • Создание K8s-нативных сервисов, кастомных контроллеров и операторов. • Настройка CI/CD пайплайнов, управление сетями (SDN) и развитие инфраструктуры observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry). • Участие в реагировании на инциденты (incident response), устранение сбоев и оптимизация ресурсов.
Мы ждем от вас: • Опыт от 3 лет в production с Go или Rust. • От 3 лет практического опыта в ролях SRE, DevOps или Platform Engineering. • От 3 лет разработки решений под Kubernetes API и создания кастомных операторов. • Глубокое понимание Linux, контейнеризации (Docker/OCI) и сетевых технологий (DNS, TLS, routing, firewalls, ACL). • Ответственность за весь цикл разработки: от написания кода до Helm-чартов, CI/CD и мониторинга.
Будет плюсом: опыт с фронтендом (TypeScript, React, Tailwind), Terraform/Ansible, OpenStack, а также вклад в open-source проекты CNCF.

Selected specialist will join a team responsible for developing and modernizing a large-scale, cloud-based web platform that provides secure digital services and supports business-critical processes. The platform runs on AWS and uses modern web technologies, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, performance, and reliability within a regulated environment.

Team structure: 6 people (3 x Angular Developer, 1 Fullstack Developer, DevOps and Tester)

Important:

If a candidate successfully completes the recruitment process, they will be required to undergo an identification verification prior to employment. This process will include, but is not limited to, a one-time online inspection of a government-issued photo ID, such as a valid ID card, driver’s license, or passport.
Important: Client has the right to require MTA (Mandatory Time Away) for up to 10 days per year (usually in December).

Interview process: 1 interview with our client + 3 interviews with the end client (1 hour per each)
