The company serves multiple industries such as SaaS, recruitment, healthcare, IT services, finance, and real estate, continuously learning from clients’ ICPs to refine targeting and lead quality.
Role Description The Tech Recruiter (Internship) role at LeadVaultAI is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting end-to-end recruitment for technical and product-focused roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial qualification calls, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team leads. The intern will help maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers and ATS records, and contribute to job description creation tailored to technical skill sets and company needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, supporting offer processes, and assisting in employer branding initiatives such as outreach campaigns or recruitment marketing content. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in modern, data-driven technical recruiting within a fast-paced AI startup environment.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest or foundational experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing support, and offer coordination.
  • Exposure to Technical Recruiting and Hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, or product and AI-focused positions.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional candidate interaction, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple requisitions or projects concurrently.
  • Comfort using ATS or CRM tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and other digital sourcing platforms; familiarity with data-driven recruiting practices is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, particularly in evaluating candidate fit against technical requirements and ICP profiles.
  • Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is beneficial.

Ищем IT Recruiter в команду для полного цикла подбора IT-специалистов. Нам нужен человек, который умеет находить подходящих кандидатов, выстраивать с ними коммуникацию и сопровождать на всех этапах найма.

Задачи:
— поиск и привлечение IT-специалистов;
— самостоятельный сорсинг и обработка входящих откликов;
— проведение первичного скрининга и интервью с кандидатами;
— презентация вакансий и компании кандидатам;
— сопровождение кандидатов на всех этапах найма;
— взаимодействие с командой;
— работа на результат и выполнение recruiting KPI.

Что важно:
— опыт работы в рекрутменте от 6 месяцев;
— интерес к развитию именно в IT-рекрутменте;
— умение находить общий язык с людьми и выстраивать коммуникацию;
— грамотная и уверенная речь;
— способность работать в динамичном темпе;
— ответственный подход к задачам;
— знание русского и английского языков;
— готовность к удалённой работе в формате online office.
