We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven 🔥 IT Recruiter to join our team as a second-in-command within the recruitment function 🔥.


📍 Locations: Serbia.


💡 Project description: This person will combine hands-on ownership of key hiring processes with support of day-to-day team coordination, helping drive delivery, improve recruitment operations, and act as a reliable backup for the recruitment manager when needed.


📌 Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment lead in coordinating team priorities, distributing workload, and ensuring smooth delivery across open hiring needs;
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer stage and onboarding support;
  • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, and shape effective recruitment strategies;
  • Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified technical talent;
  • Review resumes, conduct recruiter screenings, and evaluate candidates’ experience, technical background, and overall fit for the role and team;
  • Help maintain recruitment process quality, consistency, and speed, while ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout the pipeline;
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day support to other recruiters, share sourcing practices, and contribute to team development;
  • Assist with reporting, pipeline tracking, hiring progress visibility, and identification of process improvement opportunities;
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across relevant locations and technology stacks;
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.


👉 Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience taking ownership beyond individual vacancies, with readiness to support team coordination and recruitment process improvement;
  • Pool or shortlist of European candidates available for roles such as Go Developers, Frontend Developers, iOS Developers, and Android Developers;
  • Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends to effectively screen and assess candidates;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align different parties;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes and shifting priorities simultaneously;
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems proactively, and support decision-making within the recruitment team;
  • Collaborative mindset and readiness to act as a dependable backup for the recruitment manager when required;
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and adapt to evolving recruitment needs;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level and native Russian language.


👉 Nice to Have:

  • Experience with recruitment reporting, pipeline analytics, or process optimization initiatives;
  • Understanding of hiring across multiple European markets and talent pools.


⌚ Working conditions:

  • Overlap: CET timezone. Occasiona meetings (7:00 - 8:00 PM CET, 1-2 times a week at most).

IT Recruiter | Remote

Ищем IT Recruiter в команду для полного цикла подбора IT-специалистов. Нам нужен человек, который умеет находить подходящих кандидатов, выстраивать с ними коммуникацию и сопровождать на всех этапах найма.

Задачи:
— поиск и привлечение IT-специалистов;
— самостоятельный сорсинг и обработка входящих откликов;
— проведение первичного скрининга и интервью с кандидатами;
— презентация вакансий и компании кандидатам;
— сопровождение кандидатов на всех этапах найма;
— взаимодействие с командой;
— работа на результат и выполнение recruiting KPI.

Что важно:
— опыт работы в рекрутменте от 6 месяцев;
— интерес к развитию именно в IT-рекрутменте;
— умение находить общий язык с людьми и выстраивать коммуникацию;
— грамотная и уверенная речь;
— способность работать в динамичном темпе;
— ответственный подход к задачам;
— знание русского и английского языков;
— готовность к удалённой работе в формате online office.
