As a Technical Program Manager at Marqeta, you will be responsible for leading technical workstreams or initiatives, coordinating work across engineering teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope. The Product Operations and Technical Program Management team operates as an integral component of the Strategy and Operations organisation within the Product organisation.
We specialise in facilitating and orchestrating Product and Engineering teams and strategic initiatives that encompass our platform, product portfolio, and new innovations for our customers. Our team functions as the essential connective tissue between engineering, product, TechAI, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and aligned execution across these critical organisational functions.
This role can be performed remotely within the UK or from our London, Holborn office. We’d love for you to join us!
The Impact You’ll Have
- Drive technical projects from concept to completion, managing scope, schedule, and resources
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, design, and business teams
- Lead technical planning, estimation, and prioritization sessions
- Document technical decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and remove obstacles for engineering teams
- Balance technical tradeoffs with business requirements and timelines
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of technical program/project management experience
- Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development methodologies and processes (S-SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development practices
- Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice-to-Haves
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Experience in electronic payments and accounting systems

- Вести операционный контур медицинских проектов: организовывать работу с клиниками, врачами, пациентами или участниками исследований, подрядчиками и партнерами;
- Переводить научные и продуктовые гипотезы в понятный проектный трек и обеспечивать движение задач до результата;
- Разрабатывать финансовые и бизнес-модели: P&L, юнит-экономику, сценарии окупаемости и экономическую оценку проекта;
- Координировать кросс-функциональную работу разработчиков, ученых, врачей, инженеров, юристов, финансистов и внешних партнеров;
- Готовить аналитику, презентации и отчетность для топ-менеджмента;
- Подключаться к возникающим операционным задачам проекта: самостоятельно искать информацию, организовывать взаимодействие и предлагать варианты решения.

Вам предстоит:
- Провести глубокий аудит существующего прототипа Bitrix24;
- Выявить «узкие места», дублирование данных и логические ошибки;
- Выполнить «вычистку» базы: нормализация полей, настройка корректной структуры справочников;
- Спроектировать идеальную архитектуру CRM под специфику внутреннего ИТ-интегратора;
- Определить логику движения карточки через все этапы жизненного цикла;
- Сформулировать требования к ключевым бизнес-метрикам;
- Описать и настроить логику для создания прозрачных отчетов для руководства;
- Выступать в роли заказчика для команды разработчиков/интеграторов Bitrix24 и формулировать ТЗ на доработки;

Требования:
- Высшее образование;
- Экспертный опыт работы с Bitrix24: Глубокое знание архитектуры системы, возможностей конструктора, механизма роботов, триггеров, API и интеграций. Понимание, как «затянуть» Bitrix24 на сложные корпоративные процессы;
- Опыт внедрения CRM: Реальный опыт участия в проектах внедрения или масштабирования CRM-систем (Bitrix24) от этапа прототипа до промышленной эксплуатации;
- Бизнес-мышление: Способность смотреть на систему глазами заказчика. Понимание того, как CRM влияет на эффективность продаж, управления проектами и клиентский сервис;
- Навыки постановки задач: Умение четко формулировать требования, писать понятные ТЗ для технических специалистов и оценивать результаты их работы;
