Senior Product Manager

ArtWorkout is a mobile app that teaches users how to draw in a fun, gamified way. With over 1 million monthly active users, 4000+ lessons, and a hybrid monetization model (subscription + ads), we are scaling quickly.

Our app is used worldwide by people who want to learn to draw with step-by-step lessons and real-time feedback, have fun and relax, improve hand coordination after strokes or injuries, and give kids meaningful screen time.

Currently, the product vision is managed by the owner, but as we scale, we need a dedicated leader focused on breakthrough ideas for our paywall, user onboarding, the crucial first-session customer journey, and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideation and Strategy: be the primary source of innovative ideas for product growth, focusing on paywall conversion, user onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Customer Journey Mapping: take full ownership of the first-session CJM, analyze every step, remove friction, and enhance user delight.
• Roadmap and Prioritization: develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and experiments based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.
• Data-Driven Decisions: use analytics tools to monitor key product metrics, conduct A/B tests, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, marketing, and support to turn ideas into reality and keep the product message unified.
• Market Intelligence: analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in mobile apps and EdTech.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a B2C mobile application, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Demonstrated success optimizing paywalls and implementing monetization strategies such as freemium, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
• Deep understanding of user psychology and a passion for intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Ability to derive actionable insights and compelling hypotheses from data.
• Creative and strategic thinking, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose bold ideas.
• Proactive, autonomous ownership and the ability to drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
