About the role

The Product team shapes the experiences that power Revolut. They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions, collaborating across Design, Engineering, and Data to build features our customers love.

We’re looking for an Applied AI Engineer who can manage their product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk assessment.

From conception to launch and beyond, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your product.

What you'll be doing

• Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, leveraging LLMs and other machine learning technologies
• Collaborating closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful solutions
• Leading cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI solutions, such as AI assistants and AI automation platforms
• Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
• Delivering measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need

• Experience developing and launching AI products/features from scratch 
• High analytical and technical acumen, along with solid business sense and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a data science or machine learning role
• Experience owning machine learning projects, from design to implementation and iteration
• Great Python, SQL, or other programming language skills
• Hands-on experience with deep learning libs (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments
• Evidence of impressive mathematical and statistical knowledge
• An entrepreneurial drive to never settle

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN27,000 - PLN53,300 gross monthly*
• Austria: €90,000 - €168,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

Andersen Lab is hiring an ML Engineer with 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 to join our team and build production-ready AI solutions in an international tech environment.

👉 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸: Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras, AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Docker.

✅ 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧-𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘:

• 2+ years as an ML Engineer.

• Python (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy), deep learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras).

• Core ML: regression, classification, clustering, validation, metrics.

• Deployment: FastAPI/Flask, Docker; MLOps basics (pipelines, versioning, monitoring).

• English: Upper-Intermediate+.

• German: Intermediate+.

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP).

Чем мы занимаемся: регрессионные модели на бизнес-данных, помогающие клиентам из крупного и очень крупного бизнеса принимать критически важные для их работы решения.

Что предстоит делать:

• построение регрессионных моделей на бизнес-данных:

1. ETL – выгрузка и загрузка данных;
2. Preprocessing – предобработка данных;
3. Feature Engineering – формирование предикторов;
4. Modeling – построение модели, включая верификацию;
5. Reporting – подготовка отчёта по результатам моделирования.

• взаимодействие с внутренними и внешними заказчиками;
• участие в разработке внутреннего инструментария самого разного характера;
• другие нестандартные задачи.

Что мы от тебя ждем:

• опыт моделирования и/или работы с данными в рабочих или академических проектах;
• владение Python или R и соответствующими библиотеками для анализа данных;
• математический фундамент: представление о математической статистике, теории вероятностей, алгоритмах оптимизации и т.п.

Будет плюсом:

• интерес к разработке и программированию (есть задачи по созданию и развитию инструментария);
• опыт в бизнес-аналитике (бизнес-аналитик, маркетинговый аналитик, стратег) или хорошее понимание, как устроен бизнес;
• практическое представление о Git, CI/CD, Docker, ML Flow;
• умение презентовать результаты работы внутреннему и внешнему заказчику.
