The project is focused on developing and integrating a modern payment platform that supports secure and reliable payment processing and interaction with external systems. It includes scalable microservices, asynchronous transaction processing, payment status and error handling, with a strong emphasis on resilience, security, and high availability.

• Gathering and analyzing requirements for payment processes.
• Formalizing business and system requirements.
• Defining functional and non-functional requirements.

• Experience in documenting business and system requirements.
• Experience in preparing integration specifications.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of JSON.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.
• Understanding of idempotency principles.

Our customer is a public-sector organization responsible for advancing digital innovation and modernizing services across multiple domains. It supports strategic initiatives in emerging technologies, collaborates with industry and research partners, and develops long-term technology frameworks for improving operational efficiency and service accessibility. The project is focused on developing a case management platform as part of a broader digital transformation program. It enables end-to-end management of citizen cases, from intake and registration to processing, tracking, and resolution, while supporting system integrations, data migration, AI capabilities, and improved public services.

• Analyzing the existing solution operated by the other entity together with its business and technical teams.
• Converting business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Defining end-to-end system flows, field rules, validations, case states and exception scenarios.
• Defining Citizen 360 and case-management information requirements.
• Preparing requirements and mappings for Avaya, Firebird SMS and M-Files integrations.
• Defining API and interface requirements with .NET and Spring Boot developers.
• Working with the Flowable resource on workflow/BPM specifications.
• Supporting Oracle data-model design and data migration mapping.
• Defining system requirements for AI use cases (summarization, classification, routing, RAG search) and required data access.
• Supporting QA test scenarios, backlog refinement and sprint planning in Azure DevOps.

• Experience in System Analysis with enterprise systems for 7+ years, preferably CRM, case management, workflow-driven, or integration-heavy platforms.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and modeling using User Stories, UML, BPMN, data mappings, and SLA definitions.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional/system requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, business rules, validations, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Experience with Customer/Citizen 360, case management, data modeling, and data migration activities.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills, preferably Oracle.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and distributed .NET / Spring Boot environments.
• Experience with workflow/BPM platforms, preferably Flowable, and integrations such as Avaya Contact Center, Firebird SMS, and M-Files.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar ALM/backlog management tools.
• Understanding of AI-enabled capabilities, including summarization, classification, intelligent routing, RAG, and AI data access.
• Experience supporting QA, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CBAP and/or PMI-PBA certification.

Обязанности:

• анализ бизнес-требований и бизнес-процессов заказчика, формирование детальных функциональных и нефункциональных требований на автоматизацию, согласование требований с заказчиками и стейкхолдерами;
• проектирование процессно-технологического решения, управление процессом проектирования для получения ожидаемых результатов с помощью оптимального количества доработок систем и изменений в бизнес-процессах;
• участие в проработке/согласовании архитектурных решений, затрагивающих системы Markets;
• оценка разработанного решения, подготовка TCO (сводной стоимости проекта);
• подготовка и/или согласование технических спецификаций на доработку ПО и методик тестирования;
• совместно с заказчиком разработка примеров использования (use cases);
• консультирование разработчиков в процессе разработки;
• самостоятельное / с участием вендора выполнение настроек систем;
• взаимодействие с другими участниками команды в рамках оценки, выполнения и тестирования доработок;
• организация и проведение приемочного тестирования (ИФТ / UAT), подготовка проектной документации;
• организация внедрения изменений в промышленную эксплуатацию;
• актуализация документации по системе;

• высшее техническое \ математическое \ математико-экономическое \ экономическое образование;
• опыт работы ИТ аналитиком в банковской сфере от 3-х лет;
• практический опыт проведения обследования, сбора, формализации бизнес-требований, функциональных спецификаций или ТЗ на доработку программных средств;
• знания продуктов финансовых рынков, в том числе продуктов FX/MM и других – обязательно;
• знание основ внутреннего / бухгалтерского учета применительно к продуктам финансовых рынков - желательно;
• опыт разработки тестовых сценариев и участия в приемочном тестировании;
• знание и понимание жизненного цикла программного обеспечения – обязательно;
• знание основ взаимодействия с БД – обязательно, знание специфики Postgre, MS SQL, Sybase- желательно;
• опыт работы с системами автоматизации функций фронт- / бэк- офиса финансовых рынков – обязательно;
• навык работы с применением нотаций для моделирования бизнес-процессов (BPMN, UML и т.д.);
• опыт интеграции программных средств – приветствуется;

• английский язык – чтение документации, умение вести деловую переписку.
