This role is for someone who gets uncomfortable with stable roadmaps.

You'll be the single owner of our new Lab function, turning ambiguous bets into fast experiments and making explicit Scale / Iterate / Pivot / Kill decisions. No zombies, full ownership.

What matters:

✔ Proven 0→1 / incubation PM experience

✔ Technical fluency + strong written communication

✔ Fluent in English & Russian

✔ Loves ambiguity, drives momentum alone
