Senior Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer

Location: Remote
Employment: Full-time / Long-term Project
Compensation: Competitive, discussed individually based on experience

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer to join a global team and drive the development of enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
✔ Build scalable reporting automation and alerting workflows
✔ Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations
✔ Implement and manage Microsoft Fabric environments (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines)
✔ Create and support Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions
✔ Integrate Power BI with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise systems
✔ Implement AI-powered analytics using Microsoft Copilot and Fabric capabilities
✔ Collaborate with data engineering teams on end-to-end data platform solutions

Required Skills

🔹 10+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting Development
🔹 Advanced Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
🔹 Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
🔹 Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL)
🔹 Strong SQL and data warehouse knowledge
🔹 ETL / ELT development and data governance experience
🔹 Experience designing scalable reporting and analytics solutions

Nice to Have

⭐ SAP BW integration experience
⭐ AI/Copilot-enabled reporting solutions
⭐ Experience with enterprise-scale analytics platforms
