👉 We are looking for a person who will lead the Marketing Direction.

We expect from the candidate:

  • E-commerce marketing experience, with proven results growing online sales,
  • Experience in IT / SaaS solutions, e-comm would be preferred,
  • Professional English,
  • How and where to effectively find clients, customers and information,
  • How to work with resources and tools,
  • How to build a road map,
  • You can do some of the tasks with your hands,
  • You are good at delegating tasks,
  • You know how to select performers to solve these problems,
  • Able to own a client relationship independently.

❗️A future colleague should have excellent communication skills: be able to give capacious feedback and take into account the feedback from the business in their work.

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities:

  • Run the assigned client's e-commerce marketing end to end
  • Build/modify the client's marketing strategy
  • Set up a steady flow of sales and leads
  • Build and optimise SEO
  • Manage advertising campaigns (Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads)
  • Improve website and storefront conversion
  • CRM, email and retention marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Analysis of key performance metrics; optimise conversion rates across the customer funnel
  • Be in charge of outsourced marketing freelancers
