The company is looking for a Product Manager to help improve and scale its products. This hands-on role involves taking ownership of product areas and working closely with engineering, design, legal, and marketing teams to deliver and enhance features end-to-end. The role offers flexibility to move across different parts of the platform as priorities evolve.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Own and improve core product areas across the platform (e.g. trading, wallets, onboarding, staking)
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver features and resolve issues
- Navigate real-world constraints (legal, compliance, technical limitations)
- Prioritize based on impact and keep things moving even when not fully defined
- Improve existing flows, not just build new features
- Support launches with marketing and legal when needed
- Work comfortably in a remote and distributed team

🔑 Requirements:
- 2+ years of product experience (or equivalent hands-on ownership)
- Experience working on consumer-facing financial or cryptocurrency products is a strong plus
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex flows
- Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- Able to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information
- Clear communication, especially in async environments
- Proactive mindset and ability to drive things forward
