📍About the role
Accel Club is looking for an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced international environment. This role combines People Operations, HR Administration, employee support, and process improvement, helping ensure a seamless experience from onboarding through offboarding.
📍Responsibilities
— Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, adaptation, internal changes, and offboarding
— Maintain HR documentation, employee records, policies, templates, and process descriptions
— Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR and administrative matters
— Support managers with people-related processes and internal communications
— Track HR data, prepare reports, and assist with performance management and feedback cycles
— Partner closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition
— Coordinate contracts, invoices, documentation, and communication with external providers
— Support company events, business travel, employee engagement, and internal communications
— Manage access to company systems and tools in collaboration with internal teams
— Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR and administrative workflows
📍Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, People Operations, HR Administration, HR Coordinator, or similar roles
— Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations
— Experience with documentation management, vendor communication, and administrative coordination
— Fluent English, both written and spoken
— Experience with HR systems and process management tools
— Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
— Ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment
