AI/ML Engineer

🌟👾 We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 4+ years of experience who enjoys building practical AI solutions, working across different ML domains, and growing together with the team.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deploy ML models and AI-powered solutions
• Work on tasks across different ML domains and use cases
• Contribute to model optimization, experiments, and best practices
• Support and mentor junior ML specialists when needed
• Take part in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and project planning

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI
• Strong expertise in at least one ML area: classical ML, NLP, CV, RAG, Generative AI, or similar
• Broad understanding of ML concepts, tools, and practical applications
• Experience with tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, MLflow, LangChain, or similar
• Ability to build ML solutions for real product and business needs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• English level B2 or higher
