Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Malaysia

HRFinEase is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Malaysia. Chinese language skills required. 2-3 years of recruitment or HR experience in financial services or fintech.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR - preferably within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English - mandatory. Malay is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian and broader South East Asian talent market
• Experience sourcing candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local Malaysian job boards
• Based in Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur or Labuan preferred
• Familiarity with the Labuan IBFC financial ecosystem is a strong advantage
