At Nozomi, we work as an end-to-end consulting and execution partner to create digital health products that change patient behavior and improve measurable outcomes. We are looking for a PMO Lead - a person who will own the entire project delivery function, lead a team of project managers, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop a team of Project Managers (hiring, coaching, performance management)
• Assign PMs to projects based on skills and capacity, balancing workload across the portfolio
• Own end-to-end delivery across all projects (timelines, scope, quality)
• Act as the first escalation point for delivery challenges, risks, and stakeholder conflicts
• Establish clear communication standards with partners - ensuring transparency and no surprises
• Own partner satisfaction and proactively manage expectations
• Define and improve project management methodologies, tools, and templates
• Ensure consistent processes across all projects
• Maintain portfolio visibility (status, risks, budgets, milestones)
• Lead risk and issue management across projects
• Run post-mortems and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Project Management roles in IT / Product / Consulting
• 2+ years of experience managing PMs or leading teams
• Proven experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
• Experience building and scaling delivery processes
• High level of ownership and accountability for results
• Ability to work in ambiguity and complex environments
• Strong communication and escalation management skills
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Digital Health / Product / Consulting
• Experience working with international clients
• Experience building or scaling PMO functions
• Familiarity with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
• Experience with portfolio management and executive reporting
• AI tools usage for delivery optimization
