Location: Remote first → relocation to Auckland, New Zealand

Role

• Own marketing website roadmap (pages, funnels, markets)
• Drive UX & CRO (conversion, engagement)
• Run A/B tests & experiments
• Work with UX/UI, devs (FE/BE) in agile
• Manage full lifecycle: discovery → release → optimization
• Use analytics (GA, funnels, traffic, conversion)

Requirements

• 3+ yrs Product / Web Product Manager
• Strong web/UX understanding (IA, user journeys, responsive)
• Hands-on with designers & developers (agile)
• Experience with A/B testing & analytics tools
• English B2-C1+ (must), fluent spoken English, Chinese - preferred
• Experience with multilingual / global products - strong plus
