About the role

Dune’s mission is to make onchain finance observable. Since 2018, we have made blockchain data accessible and useful. Our next opportunity is to build products that financial institutions depend on to commit capital, assess risk, and enter new onchain markets.

As these institutions expand their activity on blockchains, they will need reliable, trustworthy and timely data to power decision making across more markets than ever before. They will need to compare opportunities, monitor changes, and integrate data into their existing systems. For Dune these recurring needs will become a substantial and core part of our business.

We are looking for a Head of Product to help transition Dune into this new era. We will build on top of Dune’s existing data foundation, which already powers thousands of companies. You will decide which customers and use cases to serve first, which problems matter most, and which needs can become scalable products for institutional usage.

You will identify valuable customer problems and guide the company to deliver a reliable product and grow its usage.

What we are looking for

You care about markets and have a background in either traditional or onchain markets. You navigate fluently financial jargon and know how market participants use and leverage data.

You can set a clear direction, make difficult choices, and work hard through the details required to deliver. The job’s not finished with a PRD, a hire or a ticket. The job’s finished when the product is creating value in the hands of our customers, being recursively improved by tight knit relationships.

You will work closely with Dune’s engineering, data, and commercial teams while being an integral part of the leadership team. You will report to the president. Your responsibility extends from understanding a customer’s problem to delivering a product that solves it, while navigating the requirements from a large customer base.

You should be equally comfortable discussing an institution’s data requirements and deciding what the team must deliver this week.

In this role you will

• Define the product strategy for market data and institutional customers. Decide which customers, problems, and products deserve our attention.

• Own the product experience from data creation to delivery. Set clear requirements for coverage, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

• Understand how financial institutions consume data. Turn their research, investment, trading, and operational needs into clear product priorities.

• Work with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable datasets, data feeds, and integrations that fit customer systems.

• Make explicit decisions about scope, quality, and delivery dates. Resolve dependencies and keep important work moving.

• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and other teams on customer evaluations, pricing, and adoption. Convert repeated customer needs into products we can serve at scale.

• Define how we measure success of our products. Use the results to decide what to improve or stop.

• Define and improve on our operational practices.

• Leverage AI to improve our customer research, operations and feedback loops.

• Lead and develop a product team that takes responsibility for customer results.

You might be a great fit if

• You're excited to spend real time with customers: on calls, in their offices, learning from them.

• You have delivered technically complex data products that customers (ideally institutional) depend on.

• You understand market data and how financial institutions evaluate, purchase, integrate, and use it.

• You have good knowledge of onchain markets, tokenized equities and RWAs

• You can connect customer needs with technical requirements and a sound business case.

• You have strong product judgment. You can make decisions with incomplete information and change them when the evidence changes.

• You stay close to the work. You investigate problems, challenge assumptions, and help teams resolve difficult details.

• You are known to be an excellent communicator.

• You have startup experience, ideally a former founder or operator.

Описание

Мы ищем Product Owner с техническим бэкграундом, который будет отвечать за продуктовую проработку, от бизнес-требований и scope до приёмки результата после релиза. Главная задача — быстро превращать бизнес-потребности в качественные решения, эффективно управляя бэклогом и ограниченными ресурсами.

Чем предстоит заниматься

• Перевод бизнес-целей и проблем в продуктовые требования и решения
• Приоритизация бэклога и scope направления в рамках согласованных продуктовых приоритетов (ROI, TTM)
• Ведение бэклога (декомпозиция, user stories, AC)
• Тесное взаимодействие с командой разработки: планирование, груминг, ретроспективы
• Совместная с техлидом команды Core Processing проработка технических ограничений, зависимостей и trade-offs
• Обеспечение готовности требований и продуктовой приёмки для быстрых и качественных релизов
• Работа с метриками процессинга, продуктовой аналитикой, данными и обратной связью

Что нам важно

• 3+ года Product Owner/Product Manager в финтехе (трейдинг, платежи, банкинг)
• Глубокое понимание финансовых продуктов
• Опыт работы с различными блокчейн-сетями (EVM, Bitcoin, Solana)
• Опыт работы с платежными системами, CFD, CEX/DEX
• Опыт быстрого вывода продуктов на рынок (короткий TTM)
• Технический бэкграунд: 80% коммуникации с командой разработки

Будет плюсом

• Успешные кейсы масштабирования продукта или выхода на новые рынки
• Опыт работы backend- или fullstack-разработчиком над финансовым продуктом
• Опыт работы с AI/ML продуктами или интеграциями
• Запуск продуктов с нуля, стартапы, сертификации CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM
