  • Уточнить ценностное предложение и портрет участника, проверить гипотезы на аудитории;
  • Составить годовую программу: ритмика, темы, форматы, фокусы кварталов. Раз в квартал пересматривать её по вовлечённости, возвращаемости и оценкам участников;
  • Найти и запустить фирменные форматы;
  • Готовить замысел каждого события (цель, тема, гости, сценарий) и оценивать результат;
  • Собрать ядро клуба: активных участников, которые задают уровень и приводят других;
  • Напрямую общаться с участниками, понимать их запросы, знакомить друг с другом и вести главные встречи;
  • Сформировать пул спикеров: предпринимателей, топ-менеджеров Сбера, преподавателей СберУниверситета;
  • Собрать платное предложение: для кого, что входит в участие, сколько будет стоить. Выйти на прямую выручку;
  • Подготовить продукт к масштабированию в 2028 году, в том числе в регионы.

Что мы предлагаем:

  • Возможность с нуля создать новый продукт: вы определяете, что «Истра» даёт участникам, по каким правилам живёт среда развития и какие форматы станут фирменными;

  • Перспективу роста: по мере развития проекта вы сможете возглавить «Истру»;

  • Работу с аудиторией, к которой сложно получить доступ: основатели и топ-менеджеры ведущих компаний страны, а также эксперты и спикеры их уровня;

  • Доступ к ресурсам Сбера: кампус, эксперты СберУниверситета, партнёрская сеть.

  • Опыт от 7 лет работы с собственниками и топ-менеджментом: в деловом клубе, бизнес-школе, закрытом сообществе;

  • Опыт создания продуктов для первых лиц, например, в роли директора executive-программы, программного директора клуба или в похожей позиции;

  • Знание рынка деловых клубов и образования для руководителей: кто и что предлагает, по какой цене, почему участники остаются или уходят;

  • Собственный круг спикеров и экспертов уровня топ-менеджмента и опыт приглашать их без гонорара;

  • Опыт ведения и модерации встреч первых лиц;

  • Деловой кругозор: умение содержательно говорить о финансах, технологиях и ИИ, управлении людьми;

  • Умение работать с обратной связью и метриками: вовлечённостью, возвращаемостью, оценками участников;

Будет преимуществом:

  • Запуск клуба или сообщества с нуля;

  • Круг знакомств среди первых лиц компаний и умение уверенно общаться с ними;

  • Личный опыт участия в форум-группах или клубах уровня YPO и EO;

  • Работа в корпорации или в партнёрстве с ней;

  • Опыт организации региональных сообществ;

  • Свободный английский.

  • Современный офис в д. Аносино, ул. Университетская, вл. 11 (есть трансфер от м. 1905 года);

  • Льготные ипотечные условия кредитования;

  • Бесплатная подписка СберПрайм+, скидки на продукты компаний-партнеров: Okko, Сбер Маркет, Мега Маркет, Самокат, Еаптека и другие;

  • ДМС с первого дня и скидки на страхование для близких;

  • Корпоративная пенсионная программа;

  • Детский отдых и подарки за счет Компании;

  • Обучение за счет Компании: онлайн курсы, неограниченный доступ к библиотеке и обучение на базе Корпоративного университета, тренинги, митапы и возможность получить новую квалификацию.

Events Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager (Growth)

The ’80s are calling and its not to Gen X.

Shopping malls – once the mainstay of teens during the 1980s and 1990s – are enjoying a resurgence. And it's thanks to Gen Z shoppers who are craving in-person and social outlets over online shopping conveniences.

-USA Today, 3/26/2026.

People are getting fed up with online interactions and want to go back to cool, interesting interactions with real humans in real-life!

Arca is looking for an exceptional events marketing manager who can help us bring those events to life across design, implementation, and scale.

The role

You’ll build and own Arca’s event marketing program. This is a senior individual contributor role on our Growth Marketing team for someone who builds events as a system: one that fills the right rooms, gives attendees an experience they can’t get anywhere else, and turns attendance into meetings with our advisors and a sustainable pipeline.

Seminars are our first proof point. Our advisors began hosting educational seminars this fall, and early results are strong. We want to reach a pace of 100 seminars per year by the end of 2027, while growing into webinars, new prospect event formats, and client appreciation experiences. You’ll turn an early, advisor-led effort into a repeatable program that scales across offices without losing what makes it work.

You’ll report to our Head of Growth and work closely with advisors, operations, compliance, growth engineering, and our seminar marketing partner. You’ll have real ownership, budget responsibility, pipeline targets, and the autonomy to decide what we run, where, and why. Expect about 25–50% travel to events, venues, and offices.

What you’ll do

Scale the seminar program

  • Own the seminar calendar across offices and advisors: geography, ZIP-code targeting, topics, venues, timing, and spacing between events.

  • Manage our seminar marketing partner end-to-end, and hold them accountable for audience quality, invitation accuracy, registration, and confirmations. Evaluate alternatives, and decide what functions we should eventually bring in-house.

  • Work with our advisors to build and improve the playbook: materials, room setup, presenter prep, booking meetings in the room, and attendee follow-up.

  • Coach advisors as presenters, and make every event better than the last.

Expand beyond seminars

  • Test and expand webinars for audiences outside our office footprints.

  • Lead reinvestment in a client appreciation program with small, selective experiences that make clients feel cherished, and give them a natural way to bring a friend.

  • Pilot new prospecting concepts with advisors and offices, such as hosted dinners, community events, and events with referring partners and centers of influence like estate attorneys and CPAs.

Own the numbers

  • Define and own the event funnel: registrations, attendance, meetings booked, prospects qualified, and new client business.

  • Partner with growth engineering on attendance tracking, attendee imports, and lead-source accuracy, and influence how our platform handles event follow-up.

  • Track cost, payback, and ROI by event, location, presenter, format, and topic. Use them to decide what to scale, what to change, and what to stop.

  • Build business cases for new formats, secure budgets for what works, and drive continuous experimentation.

Make every event feel like Arca

  • Own the in-room experience. From the venue to the welcome sign to the card attendees take home, Arca events should feel distinct, valuable, and special, and nothing like the free-dinner annuities pitch attendees sat through last month.

  • Partner with design to keep materials consistent across every office and format.

  • Bring compliance in at the brief stage, so every invitation, deck, and handout is reviewed before it reaches anyone.

About Arca

Arca is a wealth management firm built from the ground up with AI. Most people get financial advice that's reactive: an annual check-in, a plan that's a document instead of a living thing, a relationship where you're one of three hundred clients your advisor is trying to remember. We think that's backwards. The kind of service that used to require a team of specialists behind you, the kind that makes you feel like the only person in the room, should be available to far more than the ultra-wealthy.

So we're building it. We're not SaaS — we are the wealth management business, rebuilding it from the inside with AI. Our platform is an Iron Man suit for advisors: it takes over the low-leverage work so they can focus on what actually requires a human, showing up with empathy, context, and judgment. Underneath, it keeps a living understanding of each client. It remembers the thing you mentioned once, six months ago. It notices when your life changes — a new job, a new kid, a market shift — and adjusts before you think to ask. You won't see the technology. You'll just notice your advisor seems to know you better than any financial professional ever has.

That's the product we're growing: client by client, on the strength of the experience itself. We started by acquiring firms managing over $1B in client assets, which gave us real advisors, real clients, and real financial outcomes to build against from day one. But acquisition was the starting line. The bet is that an advisor backed by this platform delivers something good enough that clients come to us on their own.

It's a $20T market, and we think it's ready to be rebuilt.

— Rron, CEO

The receipts

  • Stage: Series A, $64M raised

  • Backed by: General Catalyst, Index Ventures, Venrock

  • Board & Advisors: Former CEO of Vanguard, Former CFO of Schwab, Founder of Altruist, Morgan Housel (author of The Psychology of Money)

The team

We're small on purpose and engineering heavy: about 80% of the team is technical. We're based in NYC and hail from high growth startups like Stripe, Ramp, Rippling, Plaid, DoorDash, Glean, and Mercury.

Most of the team is fully in-office. We prefer candidates based in New York City, but we’ll consider remote candidates in the US if the fit is right. Remote team members, including this role’s direct manager, spend about one week per month on-site.

Example problems you’d work on

These aren’t hypothetical. We’re working on versions of all of them now.

  • From a dozen seminars to 100+ without losing what works. Early seminars worked because advisors ran them intentfully. Scaling them across offices, advisors, topics, and states means deciding what becomes the standard playbook, what stays local, and experimenting constantly so things don’t get stale!

  • Follow-up designed before the invitation goes out. An event isn’t over when the room empties. At Arca, follow-up is planned up front: booking meetings in the room, getting attendees into our platform cleanly, and making sure the advisor knows who was there and why they came.

  • Not the free-dinner pitch. Many attendees have sat through a seminar that was a sales pitch with a meal attached. Making an Arca event feel different, from the venue to the welcome sign to what people take home, while every piece clears compliance, is the job.

  • Full rooms versus booked meetings. A series can fill rooms and book no meetings. Knowing which events, offices, formats, and topics pay back, and having the conviction to cut the ones that don’t, is how the program earns more budget.

  • Client appreciation that makes clients feel known. Restarting our client appreciation program means deciding which experiences fit which clients, how often to host them, and how to give clients a natural way to bring a friend.

What you bring

Mindset

  • You’d cancel a series that fills rooms but books no meetings.

  • You notice when the welcome sign is printed on letter paper.

  • You see compliance constraints as part of the craft, not a hurdle.

  • You have an opinion about what “great” looks like, and you’re willing to argue for it.

Experience

  • 5–8 years in event, field, or experiential marketing, including at least 3 years owning a multi-city or multi-event program end to end.

  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline or revenue from events, not just attendance.

  • Experience managing agencies or vendors against performance targets.

  • Experience building an events program from zero, or rebuilding one, at least once.

Skills

  • Commercial fluency. You can model cost per meeting and payback, and you read the funnel before you read the guest list.

  • Operational precision across contracts, budgets, run-of-show, and a dozen events in flight at once.

  • Clear writing and presenting, and the credibility to coach advisors, from new hires to people who have been doing this for decades.

  • Comfort with event registration platforms, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.

Bonus

  • Seminar or event programs in wealth management, insurance, estate planning, or other financial services.

  • Marketing to affluent audiences approaching or in retirement.

  • Experience in a regulated marketing environment, especially with direct mail.

Why this role matters

Wealth management runs on trust, and trust is still built in person. For many families, an Arca event is the first time they meet us, and it sets the expectation for everything that follows.

Our seminars have already shown they can bring the right people into a room and start real conversations with our advisors. This role exists to turn an early, advisor-led effort into a repeatable program that scales across offices without losing what makes it work.

What kind of person thrives here

You’re excited by ownership, ambiguity, and building things that matter.

  • You hold a high bar because of what’s at stake. This is people’s real money: their retirement, their savings, and the plans they have for their families, in a highly regulated industry. “Good enough” means something different here.

  • You’re AI-pilled and at home with engineers. About 80% of Arca is technical, and AI runs through how we work, marketing included. You use AI tools every day, you’d rather build your own event dashboard or first-draft a run-of-show with AI than wait in a queue, and you can talk to engineers in their language.

  • You’d rather build than inherit. We just came out of stealth, and much of how Arca goes to market is being decided now. You’re comfortable making calls with incomplete information, putting a point of view on the table, and changing it when the evidence says so.

  • You’re someone people actually want to be in the room with. This is a small, tight-knit team that does its best work together, whether you’re in Flatiron, on the road at an event, or with us for a week each month. Kind, direct, and low-ego, you can give candid feedback without being an asshole, and you’re energized by this environment, not just tolerant of it.
