🌟 Valletta Software is expanding its team: 2 Go positions — Lead and Architect 🌟

We're looking for Go engineers at two levels to join our client's distributed team. If you're passionate about scalable systems and AI integration — this is for you!

🕘 Working hours: 09:00–18:00 CEST

🟦 Requirements (Lead Go Engineer)
– 5–6+ years of commercial Go development
– 2+ years as Team Lead / Lead Engineer
– Distributed systems, Go concurrency
– Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration / configuration
– Degree in IT
– CI/CD, stakeholder communication, mentoring senior engineers
– English — C1
– Nice to have: experience in insurance

🟦 Requirements (Go Architect)
– 7+ years of software development, 4–5+ years of production Go
– Deep knowledge of Go: goroutines, channels, context, memory model
– Experience with AI/ML integration
– Designing distributed, microservice and high-load systems
– REST / gRPC APIs, relational databases, message brokers, Kubernetes, CI/CD
– Architectural reviews, ADRs, tech specs, stakeholder communication
– English — C1
– Nice to have: NoSQL, cloud-native (AWS/GCP/Azure), DDD/SRE, Architect/Staff experience, Java/Python/C++
