About the role

You'll build and own Salmon's Frontline Employees Database — the internal system that runs HR and operational processes for around 4,000 frontline employees.

What you'll do

• Start with Frontline DB, which brings together employee and candidate profiles, access and account data, time-off information, shift planning, and selected operational results — with a backlog of initiatives across development, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and process improvement.

• Own solutions end to end: dig into the business need, clarify requirements with stakeholders, propose a practical approach, and turn it into a working MVP.

• Work directly with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support, and over time extend scope into integrations with HiBob, Ashby, and other internal systems.

What you'll own

• Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.

• Develop and improve PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions.

• Build internal applications, forms, and user interfaces in Retool.

• Integrate HR and enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods, with custom logic in Python and/or JavaScript.

• Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain what you build — and handle internal support requests for existing tools and workflows (about 20% of the role).

• Grow MVP solutions into reliable internal products as processes and needs evolve.

What makes you a strong fit

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or another low-code automation platform.

• Confident SQL skills and experience with relational databases — you can query, validate, and interpret data independently.

• Experience with Retool or another platform for building internal applications and forms.

• Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.

• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns, plus a basic grasp of testing, debugging, and error handling.

• A proactive working style — you read incomplete requirements, make reasonable technical decisions independently, and know when to escalate — with good English for working with international stakeholders.

Ищем специалиста, который возьмёт на себя техническое развитие этой системы и станет ключевым участником её дальнейшего построения.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Развивать и автоматизировать бизнес-процессы в Bitrix24.

Создавать интеграции через API и Webhook.

Разрабатывать и дорабатывать программные решения на Python / JavaScript.

Работать с инфраструктурой в Яндекс Облаке.

Автоматизировать процессы продаж, производства, доставки и сервиса. Развивать управленческие таблицы, аналитику и дашборды.

Внедрять AI-инструменты и интеллектуальных помощников.

Находить ручные операции и заменять их автоматизацией.

Кого мы ищем:

Есть практический опыт автоматизации бизнес-процессов и интеграций. Знакомы с Bitrix24 и понимаете принципы работы CRM.

Умеете работать с REST API, Webhook и JSON.

Владеете Python или JavaScript.

Умеете разбираться в чужом коде, находить ошибки и самостоятельно решать технические задачи.

Используете AI-инструменты для разработки или готовы активно их осваивать.

Необязательно знать все технологии. Нам важнее техническое мышление, самостоятельность, инициативность и умение доводить задачи до результата.
